Amber refused to go for the meeting with Nicholas. After their little fight on the phone, she had sworn not to tell him about his child. She was so angry that he was trying to push himself onto her by force.

She hated his guts so much. He was becoming even more annoying than he used to be. He was never like this before. Yes, she admitted that he was self-centered, but he never used to throw himself at a woman.

She decided to spend her time in her office doing something more productive. She was glad that she didn't have any meetings that day, which made it easier for her. She ordered food online and watched a movie, all in her office.

Her office was so spacious that she could do whatever she wanted to do. Then, suddenly, a phone call was made. She heard her phone vibrating on her desk. She had purposely put it on vibration after her little fight with Nicholas.
