Two month later:
True to her words, Sera had stopped writing to Aurora, leaving the girl to her own devices. She never heard from Aurora from the beginning, so when she didn't receive any letters even after she had stopped writing herself, Sera couldn't bring herself to feel disappointed. She was upset, yes, but not disappointed. After all, she knew Aurora had every reason to ignore anyone from Lanterbur after how she was treated here, albeit not by all of them.
Over the last two months, Tesarius had done a lot of thinking. He had thought about everything that happened in the Palace since the arrival of the Concubines, since the arrival of Aurora. He thought about his speculation that she was a mole, about Rovamer being allies with the Dowager, and how he treated her for that, and how it came back to him.
