Of all people, it just had to be him!

" Oh hi, Xavi....." Kiara smiled, twirling a strand of her hair.

" What's going on here?" He asked.

" None of your business, asshole." I said, fists clenched.

He didn't even spare me a glance.

" Yeah it's nothing really... please hand over my phone. " Kiara says, stretching out to collect it, her friends just stood there, jobless.

Xavier didn't budge.

" Give it to her, Xavier. " I said, shakily, he can't see it, I don't know what I'll do if he saw it.

Wordlessly, he held the phone to his face and played the video.

It was as if my whole world was spinning violently, the only thing I could register was the loud sound of the phone smashed against a rock and a swift motion of Xavier moving towards Kiara before everything went blank.

As my eyelids fluttered open, the soft silverly glow of the moon illuminated the blurred edges of my vision.

Groggily, I sat up, wincing as a sharp pain shot through my temples and I took in my surroundings.

"You're awake." Xavier's voice came, and with that, the reality of what just happened dawned on me at once. Tears streamed down my face, each drop, a reminder of the vulnerability that had been exposed.

" Are you feeling alright?" He asks, looking at me intently, concern laced his voice and if I didn't know him better I would've thought he actually cares.

" What do you think?" I said, quickly standing up, my head throbbing painfully. His concerned face quickly morphed into that of anger.

" How could you be so careless?! How could you let her.... do this to you?" He said, his eyes were darker, his fists clenched, if anything, he looked feral.

" Let her? You really think this is my fault?" I answer, tears streaming down like continuously.

Fuck!

I cant remember when last I cried this hard, and definitely now in front of anyone.

Reporting her would be pointless as I had no evidence and she could easily deny it, the worst they could do was maybe suspend her. What if she has duplicate copies of it??

" What am I gonna do?" I whispered, my mind spiraling, with a thousand questions.

Was she going to post it?

Would she just use it to blackmail me?

That fucking bitch!

I can't let this happen.

" Don't worry, you're not significant enough for this to really matter." Xavier said, was this his attempt to make me feel better?

I turned to see a smirk on his face.

He had watched the video too haven't he?

What am I going to do? How am I going to face him now? What if he has planned with Kiara to use it against me?!.

I suddenly felt dizzy, I staggered about, my breath catching in my throat, but then I felt a pair of strong arms around me, steadying me.

Xavier looked down at me, his shiny black hair leisurely falling on his face and I felt an urge to reach out and push it back.

I didn't.

The tingles I felt on my skin too distracting for me to do anything. Somehow, my brain eventually worked and I realized It would soon be curfew.

" Curfew!" I blurted out, shimmying out of his arms and standing straight. He took a deep breath and gritted his teeth as if to calm down.

"I've got to go. I can't get into more trouble." I said, softly, my throat feels sore.

" Its past 11pm, Miss Millers." He informed.

What?!

" If I were you, I'll sneak into my room as fast as I could, you never know who's in the shadows waiting patiently..... you could get caught, and you don't want to get into trouble, right?" he said, with a sinister smile, his eyes had turned red and for some reason, I don't think he was talking about getting caught by the dorm matrons. Just then, a flashlight shone in our direction and I turned to look, campus security!

When I turned back, Xavier was gone.

I had expected Kiara to find me again this morning, but so far, nothing. Not even a sign of her.

" Are you sure you're alright, Coco." Sid asked after breakfast as we walked to class.

" Yeah, you look....pale-ish." Tyler said.

"I'm fine." I replied and they looked at each other as if communicating with their eyes.

" Okay, well, see you at lunch?" Tyler said, he had a different class from us that morning.

I nodded.

He smiled and went on to his class.

Sid looked at me with a look that said ' I'm not buying this bullshit ' .

I felt my eyes tear up.

" Oh, sweetheart..." She says hugging me.

I close my eyes and took a deep breath.

" Wanna talk about it?" She asks.

" Later." I simply say and she nodded.

She smiled at me, her braces on full display. I've always hated braces but...I think she's the only exception cause I instantly felt a bit better. Maybe it's just the feeling that I'm not totally alone in this and I had a friend.

I chuckled.

" Let's get to class." I said.

"How could she?!" Sid exclaimed, later that day after I had told her what happened.

" It's gonna be alright though. I'll get back at her eventually, she'll be sorry she ever did it." I declared. But sid seems to think I needed a hug and she gave me a big one.

" This is all my fault. All this happened because of me. If you hadn't...."

" No no.." I said holding her hands.

" Don't think that." I say simply said as I didn't know what else to say.

" What's going to happen now?" She asked and I chuckled dryly.

"I and Kiara are going to have a little chat." I say.

After dinner, I finally saw her.

" Kiara?" I called and she stopped.

Sid and I walked hand in hand as we approached her.

" It's you." She said, her face glum.

" You must be really crazy if you think I'll do anything you say. I'm going to make sure you get expelled. But not before I get back at you for this, you bitch!" I said, trying to sound confident.

How was I going to revenge?

I don't know.

Even though her phone got smashed yesterday, she might still be able to recover the video, or she might have duplicate copies elsewhere.

" Oh shut up, you little.....skank. I don't know who you are or what you did but... you really are very lucky that the video got deleted."

She said, angrily.

What was she talking about.

" Oh..." I laughed.

" You really are an idiot..." I said in-between laughter.

" So you only made a copy. The one that got smashed yesterday. How stupid of you." I finished.

" I didn't make.... you know what, I'm going to walk away now. Cause I don't want to waste my time talking to someone as worthless as you. " She says. Well that's surprising.

She looked pissed as she walked away.

" I thought it was because Xavier said you should stay away from her. " One of her friends whispered.

" Shut The Fuck Up, Darcy!!, Godd!!!" She screamed as she stomped away angrily, several people looking at her.

" What just happened?" Sid asked me.

" I have no fucking idea."
