She turned cold because she believed her sister died because of her, and it caused a rift between her and her parents. They made her feel that way for years. Everybody turned against her and hated her.

“I'm sorry, I'll try not to, tigress. I want to help you get your revenge. Don't you want your husband to come crawling back with everything he stole from you?”

My eyes narrowed at him suspiciously.

"What do you want in return? What do you want from me?”

“You. I want you.” He dropped the bombshell and I stilled, unblinking and unmoving.

“You want me? But I'm married.” I replied back but he didn't so much as twitch.

“I don't care. A little husband doesn't scare me.”

The Revenge Of The Grumpy Heiress!

Don't you just hate business meetings? I was meeting with an important business partner today, and I never ever ran late for anything. I must have slept in, thinking of that stubborn tigress that has refused to leave my head and mind.

I was so through with her. I was completely done with her. She should do as she pleases. For now, I'll focus on my meeting.
