THE BURDEN

Fireworks show was about to start then i heard Emilia's voice from behind. I saw her and she was looking just as gorgeous. It was her beauty, charm and her elegance because of that she was called The Goddess among students of academy.

Emilia : " Are you alone Aug ?? "

Aug : " no, I was just waiting for you "

Emilia : "but you didn't know I was coming?"

Aug : "I knew you would never leave me alone by myself."

Emilia : " you seem quite confident in me "

Aug : " Yes, You're my childhood friend who was there for me when I needed them most. "

Emilia : " quite the smooth talker you've become. Anyway did you like my performance? "

Aug : " it was beautiful, i cannot even describe it more."

Emilia : "I thank you for the praise good sir. "

[ FIREWORKS SHOW STARTS ]

Emilia : " wow !!! These colours are very beautiful. I'm happy I got to see it with you. "

Aug : " yes i am also happy to have a friend like you."

[ EMILIA HUGGED AUGUST]

Emilia : "but.....i..

....

......i don't.....wanna....

Aug : " what was that??.... there's too much noise here raise your voice I can't hear you properly. And why are suddenly behaving like this??"

Emilia : " it's because I don't wanna be just friends with you ....from the day I first saw you i wanted to say you that...I wanted to be closer to you, but at that time I was dying i thought it might be selfish of me to say this but then you offered me that chocolate, that warm feeling, I haven't forgotten since then..........at first I thought it was my gratitude towards you but after spending time with you, after i became closer to you I was sure of this feeling. When you were gone, there wasn't a single day I haven't missed you. When you came back I couldn't build up the courage to tell you this but tonight iam going to.......tell you that....

August : " No!! I (can't)..... don't love you ........ You are my friend nothing more. What you are feeling for me isn't love. "

As I said these words to Emilia i left. I couldn't see her cry. I felt a burden on my chest it was probably that i wanted to say her in return that i also like her from the day I met her. I wanted to be closer to her as well. When I started to know more about her i fell for her. I fell for her kindness, her innocence, her care for me. But I couldn't say her these words that was the only way to keep her safe. She would be in danger if she get associated with me that much I was sure.

I don't know the whole reason but I had these headaches and visions when I was at dragon's land.

It was the reason I chose to train and learn the Ultimate artform. That voice told me to be prepared of my destiny. It said :
