The Final Starting Point

Guiding Caelus to understand everything that happened on Jarilo-VI was a very simple matter for Twilight. If she wanted, she could have taken Caelus straight to Svarog's courtyard the moment they arrived in the Underworld, kicked down the gate, and forcibly copied the data from the robot's brain.

But her current goal was to help Caelus cultivate his own thinking ability, gain some Trailblazing experience, so he could face various situations in the future even without powerful protection. Thus, progress was much slower.

This, of course, was just Twilight's excuse. The actual reason was simpler—if they cleared the stage too quickly, where would she find the time to cultivate feelings and farm favorability?

So, during these days, Twilight dragged Caelus all over the place. Ostensibly investigating Belobog's truths, but mostly it felt like a date... As someone about to die, wanting to spend a little more time with the person she liked during her last free moments was quite reasonable, right?

However, the difficulty of Belobog's beginner scenario was still too low. No matter how hard Twilight tried to slack off, she really couldn't drag it out for more than a few days.

Because just a few days later, Caelus had already successfully located Svarog. The next step was just finding a way to get information out of him. But unfortunately, this robot had a rather rigid mind.

Following the original timeline, one would have to complete a pile of troublesome, trivial tasks, then fight him, before he would finally relent under the protection and persuasion of the little girl Clara and hand over the information.

Twilight didn't want to waste time on such meaningless puzzles. Coincidentally, the time for this timeline's version of herself to wake up wasn't far off either. Therefore, she decided to flexibly use 'skip' to fast-forward through Svarog's life.

From bringing Caelus to Svarog's home, pushing open the gate, rushing in, to kicking Svarog until he nearly fell apart and forcibly copying the data—it took less time than Twilight bringing Caelus out for a meal. The mystery of Belobog, this beginner stage, was thus easily solved.

"So, after seeing that information, what do you think, Caelus?"

Strolling through the streets of the Underworld, Twilight looked towards Caelus beside her. His expression was currently extremely grave, brow tightly furrowed. Only after hearing Twilight's question did he hesitantly speak.

"It was all the Stellaron and the Supreme Guardian's fault. That's truly a shocking truth... But after enduring so many hopeless years, it's not entirely impossible to understand why Cocolia made such choices, just unacceptable."

"Pitiful people surely have hateful aspects; hateful people surely have sorrowful pains... In your future Trailblazing, you will definitely encounter enemies with various reasons and stances. But no matter what, don't abandon your own beliefs because of others."

Twilight smiled, quickening her pace and walking ahead of Caelus.

"Speaking of which, this Belobog is indeed cold enough to freeze one's hands... Don't you think?"

Cold...?

Caelus was puzzled, wondering why she suddenly said such a thing. The temperature underground here was already considered warm compared to the snow-covered Overworld. Plus, with Dabai's strength being so formidable it left him speechless, how could she possibly feel cold?

However, just as he looked up, ready to ask, all his confusion suddenly vanished. Because Twilight, walking ahead, though not turning back, had somehow put her hands behind her back and was gently beckoning towards him, as if saying, "Hold them!"

But Caelus hesitated for a moment, ultimately too embarrassed to take her hands.

Although she was a beautiful older sister and showed him a lot of affection, as a righteous protagonist, he couldn't just act on lust, right? Besides, she was previously an enemy boss unit... If his attitude changed too quickly, wouldn't that be a bit suspicious?

Seemingly not receiving what she wanted, Twilight's expression showed some disappointment as she withdrew her hands—Sigh, this kid Caelus, given the chance to take advantage, he's useless!

Without saying anything further, after strolling around on this final date with Caelus, Twilight silently vanished from behind him, just as tracelessly as she had arrived. Only when Caelus turned around, intending to ask Twilight where they were going next, and found she was no longer beside him, did he dazedly realize she had already left.

However, Twilight's departure this time wasn't directly stepping into time for rewinding. Upon returning to the Herta Space Station, she simply went back to the Overworld first, to meet Himeko, who was guarding her still-sleeping self.

Unlike Caelus, who was easily swayed by beauty and lowered his guard towards [Dabai] after being kissed earlier, Himeko still maintained hostility towards her. Twilight could understand this situation. In the recent Himeko's eyes, she was likely a pervert who suddenly attacked the Twilight who was like her daughter...

Himeko protecting the past Twilight was indeed normal behavior, but her attitude towards the current her was indeed a bit brutal.

She came to see Himeko just wanting to exchange a few words. After all, if nothing unexpected happened, this should be the last time they met. Unfortunately, Himeko, seeing her trying to approach Twilight again, immediately bombarded her face with swarm drones without a second word...

Twilight didn't dodge, just silently endured the blow.

She had to say, ever since becoming Little Abundance, no mortal had ever been able to harm her—the current Himeko was the sole exception, because Twilight made no defense whatsoever.

Though half her face was blown off, it grew back in an instant, so it wasn't a big deal.

After meeting Himeko, the last thing Twilight needed to do on Jarilo-VI was also finished.

Next was the space station...? Twilight silently clenched her fists, stepping towards the final starting point.
