The Game Begins

Chapter 72: The Game Begins

Arthur had been left in the safest possible hands—Leon's elite security team.

Diane had insisted on it.

With Rachel still lurking like a snake in the grass, Diane couldn't risk leaving Arthur unprotected.

At least with Leon's men, she knew no one would get close to her brother.

Now, however, she had another problem:

She was stuck in a car with both Gabriel and Riot.

The three of them sat in an awkward silence as the car bounced along the uneven road leading into the forest.

Riot, always had to be an instigator…he glanced between them, clearly amused by the weirdness of their situation.

"So," Riot drawled, stretching out his legs. "This is fun. Like a family road trip, but with more glaring and repressed sexual tension."

Diane's fingers twitched. "Shut up, Riot."

Gabriel exhaled sharply, looking out the window like he wanted to be anywhere but here. "Agreed."
