The holidays 2

KELLY THOMPSON'S POV

As the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the camp, I felt a sense of accomplishment wash over me. We had come so far, and our unity had only grown stronger. But as the darkness crept in, I couldn’t shake the feeling that our greatest challenges were still ahead.

That night, as I lay in bed, I felt a sense of foreboding settle over me. The darkness was relentless, and I knew that we needed to remain vigilant. I closed my eyes, trying to quell the anxiety that gnawed at me, but sleep eluded me once more.

The following day, as dawn broke, I gathered our warriors once again. “We must remain prepared for any threats that may come,” I declared, my voice steady. “The darkness is cunning, and we cannot afford to let our guard down.”
