"Hi, yes you aren't dreaming, it's the chubby Kelly," I say inwardly as I see the unhappy face expression of Jason who is disheartened. 

The guests laugh at us. They call our couple all sort of names. "The prince charming and the pancakes' eater Kelly" is one I can sadly remember."

"I, Jason Bentley of the South pack, reject you Kelly Thompson as my mate and the Luna Queen," he declared fiercely.

The clash erupted with a thunderous roar, the sound of steel clashing blending with the crackle of magic in the air. I fought alongside my warriors, pouring my magic into protective spells that surrounded our ranks. In the heat of battle, I spotted Eden, valiantly holding his ground with the younger fighters. “Stay close!” I yelled, my heart racing as I rushed to shield him from the creeping darkness. I could see the determination shining in his eyes, and it filled me with pride. 


Just as we started to turn the tide, the sorceress unleashed a wave of dark energy, scattering my warriors. “No!” I cried, desperation lacing my voice as I charged towards Eden, but I was too late. 


“Mom!” he called out, dodging the incoming attack, but I could see the fear etched on his face. My heart ached as I fought my way through the tumult to reach him.
