A Filipino high student from Leyte, named Basilio Valencia died in a landslide but was reincarnated into another world, which is a partial modern and fantasy world with some modern technology. But thanks to an ability called Tech, he still has his phone, journal, and laptop, as well as some pens and journaling equipment. Thus, he can still listen to his favorite songs and watch his favorite shows, anime, and movies from his previous life through his gadgets.
  Seeing his creature comforts being reincarnated with him, Basilio thought that he would recontinue his partially changed way of life, but his luck ran out when he almost died in a hostile army known as the Vamzom (Vampire-Zombie) Army. That army, which a Demon Sorcerer cursed to be blood-thirsty creatures that are more like a hybrid of both vampires and zombies, was killing humans and other races that had blood with combat helicopters, pistols, and swords for their blood. But then, the army regained their humanity partially when they realized what they had done to him and the other humans and races. So, they regretted their actions and worked hard to save him. But, while Basilio was in a coma, their leader, Ruslan Makesa, driven by guilt, took his own life by stabbing himself with his Blood Sword, before placing his powers as a Vamzom in a box; he intended to pass that and his leadership to the Basilio once he survive and wake up from his coma.
And so, after Basilio had survived and woken up from his 2-month-long coma, the army apologized to Basilio and asked him to lead them, promising to be good to all races. Basilio was shocked but he forgave them, taking Ruslan's leadership with his own morals and ideals. So, after that, Basilio built a country with the Vamzom race that is civilized and friendly with his cultural traits and morals as a Filipino in his previous life, as well as modeling the new nation, known as the Ruslav Nation, after the Philippine republic.
   But Basilio discovered that there is a race called Otherworlders, which he was a part of, and took this as an opportunity to make alliances with them. But will Basilio adapt to this new life in a strange world?

I am now the Leader of a Vampire-Zombie Country!

"What brings all of you here?" Josiah II asked Basilio and his entourage with a bit of suspicion.

To show respect for him, Basilio and his entourage kneeled before him on one knee, with some of their Vamzom troops kneeling in the same way with their Blood Swords to the floor.

Josiah II and his court were stunned and astonished to see that. Josiah II asked, "Okay, but what do all of you want here?" Basilio and his entourage then got up and stood straight. Basilio responded politely and briefly, "We wanted to apologize to all of you for what the Vamzoms did to your country, more specifically, recently in Fresa de Ard, and to have a peace treaty with you."

Josiah II was stunned, and most of the royal court was skeptical.

Some of his courtiers were skeptical that the Vamzoms might break their peace treaty anytime soon, while others, like one of the advisors of Josiah II, worried that this might be a trick for the Vamzoms to access their domain.

Hearing the objections of his court, Josiah II wanted proof that the Vamzoms had changed for the better, so Basilio provided proof through photos and videos of his phone. Upon seeing that, Josiah II and his circle were even more stunned at his proof that are real. Basilio had been taking pictures and short videos as solid proof and progress for himself and now for Josiah II of Labros Rojosa. Because of that, Josiah II and his court couldn't believe that someone like Basilio could "tame" the Vamzoms.

"But…did you change their attitudes, didn't you?" Josiah II asked Basilio.

"Yes, it was me, your Highness," replied Basilio briefly and confidently.

"H-How?" one of the advisors of Josiah II asked back. "It was quite impossible and unthinkable to do that, and plus, are you an Otherworlder, too?"

"Yes, I am, and that "taming" part sorta happened after a long backstory that took place after their regretted attack in Fresa de Ard."

"Wait, what?" one of the guards responded back.

And so, Basilio, with Helen and Artem in his assistance, revealed to them what had happened following the said attack in Fresa de Ard. A few minutes later, Josiah II and his court were shocked, especially at the suicidal sacrifice of Basilio's predecessor Ruslan and how Basilio succeeded him as per the last will of him.

"How amazing…" Josiah II commented.

Basilio then smiled at him. "Yes, and plus, my name is Basilio Valencia, and I am an Otherworlder. Nice to have a good friendship with you, your highness."

And so, Josiah II and his court said their introductions of themselves to him and his group.

Because of that, Josiah II decided that all of these that Basilio and his entourage had showed are more than enough proof of the change of heart by the Vamzoms, and Josiah II eventually signed the peace treaty despite the objection of most of the king's court. He and two of his subordinates penned the peace treaty. Basilio, alongside Artem and Helena, signed it with their signatures, with Basilio using his pen from his previous life.

But after that, the Vamzoms noticed that most of Josiah II's court looked objective to this, but Basilio reminded the Vamzoms to wait for the minds of the objectors to change someday, or not at all. But nevertheless, the peace treaty between Labros Rojosa and Ruslav was a success with immediate effects.
