Chapter 34-35-36

Chapter 34: Media Reaction

The morning after the incident involving Gabriel and Kylie Jenner was a media whirlwind. Social media exploded with videos and reports of the incident, captured by the countless fans who were present at the store.

Celebrity websites, tabloids and gossip channels dedicated themselves to revealing every detail, while hashtags such as #KylieJennerSecurity and #GabrielOHerói were at the top of global trends.

On Twitter, thousands of users commented on the speed and precision with which Gabriel reacted.

"This Kylie security guard is not only handsome, but also a true protector! 🛡️ #GabrielOHerói"

"The guy who tried to touch Kylie didn't know he was dealing with the Terminator. Gabriel, I worship you!"

Meanwhile, on TikTok, videos of the moment Gabriel neutralized the man went viral. One in particular, where Gabriel could clearly be seen pushing the attacker and pinning him to the ground, reached more than 15 million views in just a few hours.

One user captioned the video with: "He doesn't need superpowers. He IS the superpower."

Another, who filmed Kylie's reaction after the incident, commented: "Her calmness shows that she trusts Gabriel completely. Who wouldn't?"

The edits began to appear en masse, accompanied by dramatic music and phrases such as "L.A. Protector" and "The Knight in the Black Suit."

On the same day, websites such as TMZ, Page Six and E! News published detailed articles about the incident.

"Kylie Jenner's Security Guard Stops Public Harassment" read the TMZ headline. The article praised Gabriel's demeanor, highlighting his ability to deal with high-risk situations without causing panic.

Page Six focused on Gabriel's appearance and mysterious background:

"Who is Gabriel Silva? The enigmatic bodyguard who protects the Kardashian-Jenners."

The article included comments from anonymous sources:

"He's private but well-respected by the family. I hear he has an impressive military background."

E! News, meanwhile, highlighted the online support Gabriel was receiving:

"Fans are clamoring for Gabriel to have his own TV show, and honestly, that wouldn't be a bad idea."

Amid the commotion, reporters tried to get statements from the Kardashians and Jenners. Kris Jenner was the first to be approached by paparazzi as she left for a meeting.

"Kris, what did you think of Gabriel's behavior yesterday?" a reporter asked.

She smiled, without slowing her pace. "He's amazing. We always knew that."

Kim Kardashian was also asked while in a studio.

"Kim, Gabriel is the hero of the week! What do you have to say about him?"

"He's always been a hero," Kim replied, putting on her sunglasses. "We're so thankful for him."

But it was Kylie who made the most telling statement. In a brief Instagram Story, she thanked her fans for their support and praised Gabriel's skills: "Yesterday was a busy day, but I'm doing well thanks to Gabriel. He's the best at what he does, and I'm so grateful to have him as part of my team."

The Story ended with a close-up of Gabriel, in the background, checking the security of her home, unaware that he was being filmed.

The TV Debate The morning TV shows were no exception. On Good Morning America, the incident was a hot topic.

"So who is Gabriel Silva?" asked host Robin Roberts. "Sounds like he has an interesting past." "That's right," one of the commenters replied. "From what we can tell, he's Brazilian, with military experience, and speaks English like a native. Sounds like he's been very well trained."

On The View, the hosts discussed the public reaction to the incident.

"I loved that he didn't lose his cool," said Whoopi Goldberg. "This guy knew exactly what to do."

"And he's handsome," added Joy Behar, drawing laughter from the audience.

While the world debated, extolled and admired his poise, Gabriel remained unfazed. He followed the news from afar, knowing the attention would be fleeting. His focus remained on the safety of Kylie and her family.

Back at Kylie's mansion, as he was checking the security cameras, he got a call from Kris Jenner.

"Gabriel, honey," she said, her voice confident. "I want you to know that the whole family is impressed with you. Thank you for yesterday."

"It was just my job, Mrs. Jenner," he replied, ever humble.

"Well, if it's up to us, you'll be with us for a long time."

Gabriel smiled. "I'm glad to hear that."

Later that day, Kylie called Gabriel into the living room to talk.

"Gabriel, have you seen how the media is reacting?" she asked, showing him some posts on her phone.

"Yes, I have," he replied, his tone calm. "But that doesn't change anything for me."

"You really don't like all this attention, do you?"

"It's not my goal." Gabriel said, looking directly at her. "My focus is on making sure you and your family are safe. Everything else is just noise."

Kylie smiled. "You're so much more than a security guard. And that's why we trust you so much."

That night, as he prepared to go to bed, Gabriel reflected on the day. He knew the media attention was inevitable, but he was determined not to let it get in the way of his mission.

"One more day," he thought, looking out his bedroom window at the Los Angeles skyline. "And tomorrow will be another."

He knew the trust of the Kardashian-Jenner family was his greatest asset. And with each situation he overcame, that trust only grew.

Chapter 35: Gabriel and Kourtney's Security

The day started out calmly at Kourtney Kardashian's mansion. The sun was shining, and she was preparing for a low-key outing with her children, Mason, Penelope, and Reign. The plan was simple: a visit to a coffee shop she loved, followed by a quick visit to a local home decor store. Gabriel, as always, arrived early to organize security.

Gabriel stood in the foyer of Kourtney's house, checking the details of the route. Dressed in his usual impeccable attire a black suit and sunglasses he reviewed the car's cameras and checked the stopping points with the driver.

"Is everything clear for departure?" Kourtney asked, coming down the stairs in a casual but elegant dress.

"Yes, Mrs. Kardashian," Gabriel replied. "I've already checked the route and the surrounding area. We'll be ready for any situation."

"Gabriel," she corrected with a smile. "How many times do I have to tell you? Call me Kourtney."

Gabriel smiled slightly, a rare gesture. "Sure, Kourtney. Whatever you prefer."

Kourtney's children were excited, especially Reign, who insisted on running to the car. Gabriel followed their every move with watchful eyes, keeping his posture firm but friendly, so as not to intimidate the children.

"Don't you get tired of being so serious?" Penelope asked, sitting next to Mason in the backseat.

"It's part of my job," Gabriel replied, looking at them in the rearview mirror. "But I think I smile more than you realize."

"I doubt it," Mason said, drawing laughter from everyone, including Kourtney.

Arriving at the coffee shop, Gabriel was the first to get out of the vehicle, scanning the area around him. There were a few paparazzi at a considerable distance, but nothing that required immediate concern. He signaled to Kourtney, indicating that everything was fine. Fan Interaction

Inside the coffee shop, a few people recognized Kourtney, but Gabriel was the one who drew the most attention. He noticed the discreet glances and others not so much as he positioned himself next to her table.

"You definitely draw attention," Kourtney said, watching two young women whispering while looking at Gabriel.

"I'm used to it," he replied matter-of-factly. "As long as it doesn't interfere with security, I don't see a problem."

Penelope, always curious, asked: "Gabriel, don't you ever get tired of protecting us?"

He leaned in slightly, to speak to her in a more personal tone: "Protecting people like you is the easy part. It's the others I worry about."

After coffee, the group headed to the home decor store. Gabriel was at the limit of his concentration, always on the lookout for suspicious movements. Inside the store, while Kourtney was examining lamps with Penelope, Mason and Reign were running between the aisles.

It was then that Gabriel noticed a man who seemed to be acting strangely. He was watching the family from afar, pretending to look at the items in the store, but his movements were disjointed. Gabriel immediately approached, keeping his distance but taking in every detail.

"Do you need any help?" he asked, his voice firm.

The man hesitated, apparently surprised that he had been noticed. "Oh, no. I'm just... looking for something."

"Understood," Gabriel said, but he remained where he was, which made the man leave the store shortly after.

When Gabriel returned to Kourtney, she noticed that something was different. "Is everything okay?"

"Yes," he replied. "But we need to cut our visit short. I thought it best not to risk it."

Kourtney didn't question it. She trusted Gabriel's judgment completely.

On the way back home, the kids were calmer, perhaps tired from the day's activities. Kourtney, on the other hand, was thoughtful.

"Are you always like this, Gabriel?" she asked suddenly.

"Like what?"

"Alert. Always expecting the worst."

Gabriel hesitated before answering. "It's part of what I do, Kourtney. I can't relax, because the day I do, something might go wrong."

"It must be exhausting," she commented.

"Sometimes," he admitted. "But it's something I choose to do. And while I'm here, my job is to make sure nothing happens to you and your family."

Kourtney smiled, a smile of genuine gratitude. "And you do it very well."

Back at the house, Gabriel walked Kourtney and the kids to the door, making sure everyone was safe.

"Thank you for today," she said, looking directly at him. "You really are the best at what you do."

"I'm just doing my job," he replied, but there was something in Kourtney's tone that made him feel a twinge of pride.

As he walked away, standing at the main gate, Gabriel reflected on the day. As accustomed as he was to this kind of routine, there was something unique about the way each member of the Kardashian-Jenner family interacted with him.

In the end, he knew that his presence made a difference, and that was enough for him to continue

Chapter 36: Training at the Shooting Range

The skies were clear in Los Angeles, and Gabriel was taking advantage of his time off to practice one of the skills he had always valued: accuracy with firearms. While his current job didn't require him to be armed at all times, he knew that in his line of work, being prepared for the unexpected was essential.

He drove to a renowned private shooting range in the city, a place frequented by experts and enthusiasts alike, known for its state-of-the-art facilities. Upon arriving, Gabriel was greeted by the range manager, a man named Rick, who clearly recognized the former agent.

"Silva, right?" Rick asked with a smile. "You've been here a few times. You always impress us with your technique."

Gabriel shook his hand in a low-key greeting. "Good to see you, Rick. I need to keep my skills sharp. Can I use the VIP range?"

"Sure," Rick replied. "Do you want to use any of our weapons or did you bring your own?"

Gabriel opened his backpack and showed off two pistols he had brought: a Glock 19 and a SIG Sauer P226, both weapons he had used during his time as a military officer and agent.

"I brought my own, but I might try something new later."

On the VIP track, Gabriel adjusted his equipment with methodical precision. He donned a lightweight vest, put on his ear protectors, and loaded his magazines.

The target was set to start at 10 meters away, and with the touch of a button, Gabriel would increase the difficulty progressively. He took a deep breath, assuming the shooting stance he had practiced thousands of times in his career.

"Time to start," he muttered to himself.

The sound of the first bullet firing echoed through the range, followed by others in quick succession. Gabriel's steady hands kept the recoil of the weapons under control, and the bullets hit the center of the target with surgical precision.

As Gabriel trained, others at the range began to notice him. Among them was a group of civilians, apparently new to the world of shooting, who were impressed by his skill.

"Is this guy a pro or something?" asked one of the young men, watching Gabriel hit moving targets with ease.

"Probably," replied another. "Look at his stance. He's different from everyone else here."

Rick, who was nearby, confirmed. "He's a real expert. Ex-military, he's operated in areas you can't even imagine."

After finishing the first session, Gabriel began to reload his weapons when an older man, with an equally disciplined posture, approached. He wore a shirt with the Navy SEAL emblem and seemed curious.

"You have military training," the man said in a matter-of-fact tone. "I can tell by the way you hold your gun."

Gabriel looked at him with respect. "Yeah. Brazilian Marines. Amphibious Commandos. What about you? SEALs?"

The man nodded. "Retired. I've seen a few operators like you on joint missions. You're a trigger-happy shooter. I like that."

The two exchanged stories briefly, without much detail, but with a mutual understanding that only elite operators shared.

"Always good to meet someone who understands," Gabriel said before returning to the firing line.

Rick appeared again, carrying an HK416, a favorite weapon of special operations units around the world.

"Want to try this one?" Rick asked.

Gabriel studied the weapon for a moment before carefully picking it up. "Why not? It's been a while since I've used one of these."

He took up his position, set the target at a greater distance, and began firing. The sound of the bullets piercing the paper was rhythmic and controlled. Each shot was true, as if Gabriel and the gun were an extension of each other.

"That gun has never performed so well," Rick joked. "You should be a poster boy."

Gabriel chuckled lightly. "I prefer to keep my work out of the spotlight."

Before leaving, Gabriel was approached by one of the young men who had been watching him earlier.

"Man, you're amazing," he said, visibly nervous. "Do you have any advice for someone just starting out?"

Gabriel stared at him for a moment before replying, "Practice more than you have to. It's not about hitting the target once, it's about hitting it consistently. And always respect the gun you're holding. It can save your life or destroy everything around you."

The young man nodded, absorbing every word.

Back in the car, Gabriel sat for a moment before starting the engine. He looked at his hands, still smelling faintly of gunpowder, and thought about how these skills, so essential in the past, now served a more personal purpose.

For Gabriel, training was never just about preparing for combat, but about keeping the mind and body in tune. He knew that even in times of peace, a warrior needed to always be ready.

And so, with a renewed sense of purpose, he drove back home, already prepared for whatever came next.
