The Meeting
The grand hall of the Heroic Righteous Sect was tense. The seven leaders, called Hall Masters, sat around a large table, discussing a terrible defeat. Their strongest fortress, the Sanctum of Steel, had been destroyed, and many of their warriors were killed.Elder Vardhan, the oldest and wisest of the leaders, spoke first. "The enemy is growing stronger," he said gravely. "We must decide quickly – do we fight back now, or wait and risk losing more?"Elder Ravi, a hot-headed man, slammed his fist on the table. "We attack now! We gather all our forces and strike back hard! The enemy will learn to fear the Heroic Righteous Sect!"Elder Ananya, calmer than the others, disagreed. "We can't simply attack without a plan. What if this is a trap? We could lose many more warriors if we rush in blindly."Elder Vishram, looking worried, suggested, "Perhaps we should ask for help from the Air Force. They owe us a favour. They could bomb the enemy with powerful weapons from the sky."Elder Priya shook her head. "The Air Force is strong, but they don't understand our way of fighting. We cannot rely on outsiders for a battle that is so important to us."Elder Mahadeva, a more cautious leader, had another idea. "Maybe we should hire mercenaries, powerful warriors for hire. They can test the enemy, and if they fail, it's their loss, not ours."Elder Ananya frowned. "Mercenaries only care about money. They might even betray us if the enemy pays them more."The room fell silent, the weight of the situation heavy in the air. Everyone looked at the map of their territory, where red dots marked the places they had lost. Finally, Elder Vardhan spoke, "We must consider all our options carefully. Our strongest warriors, the Janhith Guards, are our last resort. We must not lose them unless we have no other choice."Just as Elder Vardhan was about to speak again, a loud BOOM shook the entire hall. Dust rained down from the ceiling as a powerful figure descended through the skylight.Standing before them was the Sect Master, a woman with a presence that filled the room. She was dressed in the robes of the Sect, and her eyes, sharp as daggers, swept across the room. The Hall Masters, normally strong and confident, felt a shiver down their spines.Elder Vardhan tried to speak, but the Sect Master raised her hand, silencing him immediately. Her gaze swept over the Hall Masters, and they could feel her assessing each one of them. The silence in the room was absolute. Finally, the Sect Master spoke, her voice low and dangerous, "What do we know about the enemy?"The Hall Masters exchanged nervous glances. "We don't know much, Sect Master," one of them stammered. The Sect Master's eyes narrowed. "Unclear? After the fall of the Sanctum of Steel? Unacceptable!"A figure emerged from the shadows, a young man with eyes that seemed to hold a thousand secrets. This was the Master of Shadows, the spymaster of the Sect. He bowed respectfully."Sect Master," he began, his voice grave, "We have not been able to identify the enemy with certainty. However, we have discovered that the First Prince of the Zamorin dynasty and the Second Prince's daughter are currently residing in Kolkata."The Hall Masters exchanged shocked glances. The Zamorin dynasty was legendary, known throughout the land for their powerful warriors and their loyalty to the country."Why would we attack the Zamorins?" Elder Vardhan exclaimed. "They are our allies! They are one of the most powerful and respected families in the land! And the First Prince… he is a legendary warrior."The Sect Master remained silent, her gaze fixed on the Master of Hall of Heaven, her expression unreadable. The air in the hall grew heavy with anticipation, the silence broken only by the nervous breathing of the elders.
