On the radar of a mysterious Entity

"What do you mean..."

Jake spoke with a tight frown on his face. Just a moment ago, out of nowhere, the demonic being that he was most wary of had suddenly appeared, catching him by surprise.

Although fearful of Dawn's sudden appearance, strangely his heart was also filled with a tiny bit of hope.

Jack's condition was getting miserable with each passing moment, his face pale, resembling the bark of an old tree.

Since appearing in this dreadful place, he hadn't met or interacted with anyone.

Almost every moment, Jack sat curled against the cold, unforgiving walls, his breath shallow and ragged.

The silence attacked at him. Not even the sound of insects, not a single whisper of life—just the suffocating void pressing down on him.

His fingers dug into his own arms, nails scraping his skin, as if the pain would remind him he was still real.

No. He wasn't real. He was a ghost trapped in this abyssal nightmare.
