Elias raised his gun, and the woman's expression distorted. However, before she could react, the deafening sound of the gunshot echoed across the room.

The bullet tore through the monstrous woman's head before exiting through the back. It was only stopped by the bulletproof glass behind her, which was now covered in minor cracks.

Elias stepped aside, letting the woman fall where he had previously been standing. Blood spilled out of her head, mixing with the blood on the ground that had belonged to her prey

Her sharp claws retracted the moment she died. In her normal form, she looked no different from an ordinary person.

Elias observed the woman, seemingly lost in thought. He had seen her abilities. Even though they were decent abilities, capable of killing many ordinary people, they didn't seem particularly useful to him.
