SCREWED

At Emerald Villa, Charles Rodriguez paced up and down with worry. As he calls Miguel, his worries deepened. 

Miguel and Bella has been untraceable for two days and to crown his frustrations, Miguel didn't call him. 

As he was still worried, his phone rang and Charles picked immediately with expectations of hearing Miguel's voice but it was an Agatha member.

"Yes, tell me what happened?" He asked partially angry. 

"Grand Master we have a problem! Our coast has been cleared. Immortal has bombed one of our pirate ships again, we're at their mercy right now!" the latter informed him hurriedly. 

The anger in Charles Rodriguez's heart deepened. "Arrange a meeting with Cartersville Trump right now!"

Minutes later, at the small bar behind Emerald Villa, Cartersville sat opposite Charles Rodriguez with a smirk. 

"Old man, why have you summoned me?" He asked at last. 

Charles Rodriguez cleared his throat, "After all the instructions that was given to you, how dare you cause more trouble?" 

To Charles's dismay, Carter laughed, "instructions? Your grandson married my daughter without formalities and dowries and you expect me to stay still?" 

"Quit saying rubbish or else I'll....." Charles was about to say when his phone rang. 

Still not breaking eyes contact with Carter, he answered the call. His burrow furrowed. And replied with one word, "Okay I'll be there soon" 

"My daughter disobeyed me for your son, did you think I'll stay still?" Carter asked again. 

This time Charles Rodriguez was very angry and furious, he stamped his hand on the table and yelled, "I never liked you from the start Carter. My dear daughter in-law and son died because of you! They didn't wait to see their son because of the blind love she had for you, now her son is leading Agatha you can't even let him breathe have you no shame?" 

Carter also got angry this time and stood up to face the man, "Your daughter-in-law died at childbirth and your son died for his sins I didn't Kill them! Know what you say please. Your grandson will not rest until he released my daughter!" 

"Your daughter? My grandson held your daughter in captive? What nonsense are you spitting?" Charles was surprised. 

"Yes my daughter! Bella Trump! Don't tell me that unfilial daughter of mine didn't tell you I'm her father?" 

Charles Rodriguez became aghast with anger. Bella is Carter's daughter yet, Miguel goes ahead to marry her. 

"Bella Trump is your daughter?"

At the hospital. 

Miguel had already set down a small table. He picked up the spoon and carefully scooped out a spoonful of porridge. Bringing it to his mouth, he blew on it before bringing it towards Bella.

Bella watched his series of movements. They were smooth from beginning to end and it looked extremely good. She could not help but smile.

She opened her mouth and ate it in one bite, but subconsciously bit on the spoon.

Miguel furrowed his brow. Looking at her lips, they were slightly redder than they were yesterday with a slight moistness brought out by the rice porridge. His throat bobbed and his brow turned a little more severe.

"Oh... sorry," she said vaguely after swallowing the porridge in her mouth without sensing anything different about Miguel.

Miguel sighed angrily, "Can you eat a little more carefully? Must you always show me that you're not cultured?"

Although his tone was impatient, he still reached out his fingers to wipe off the porridge trickling down from the corner of her mouth.

"I'm a patient you shouldn't shout on me!" She complained back. 

Miguel didn't say a word, his fingers touched her soft and tender lips. A slight feeling of numbness seemed to spread from his fingertips.

Right at this moment, his cell phone that he had placed at the side suddenly started ringing.

In response, Miguel put down the bowl and looked at his cell phone.

It was a call from Ross.

Miguel glanced at Bella before picking up his phone and walking out to answer it.

Bella blanked out. Watching the door close, she thought to herself, 'He can't even stay happy and free for a while at without having a call'

When Miguel answered the call, he heard Ross's worried voice.

"Boss we're in trouble! Grand Master had a meeting with Cartersville Trump and seems like he knows Madam's identity."

Miguel's brow furrowed with panic, "You fool! Can't you do a good job in holding Carter back?"

"I was calling you since last night, you refused to pick up"

His phone had rung once during the night but at the time, Bella was still in a coma. Worried that it would disturb her rest, Miguel didn't pick any calls.

Upon hearing the indignance in Ross's voice, Miguel asked, "What is grandpa doing at this moment?" 

"He's still trying to find out your location" 

Miguel sighed, "Make sure he never gets here, I'll go meet him myself" 

"Yes boss.

As Miguel ended the call, be turned around to go back into the ward but standing at the doorpost was his grandfather. 

Miguel gulped, "Em... Grandpa"

"Follow me" Charles's low but firm voice commanded. 

They both walked to the rooftop of the hospital, there, Charles Rodriguez throw his grandson a heavy slap across the face.

"How dare you? How dare you marry the daughter of the man that killed your parents?!" Charles Rodriguez thundered angrily.

Miguel held his cheeks painfully, "And so fucking what? Bella's father killed them but not her! She didn't know anything did she?"

Charles Rodriguez slapped him again, "You made a complete laughing stock when other knows, now you have two options, step down as the boss of Agatha Mafia or divorce that Carter's daughter!" 

"Grandpa!" Miguel almost yelled. 

"Yes! Your mother's first love is Cartersville, and when she married my son who's your dad, Cartersville sabotaged them. He bombed the plane your dad's in and also bribed the nurse to kill you so he could get the woman. But your mother realized this and protected you by dying in her stead, yet you want her sacrifice to go to vain?" 

Miguel left the rooftop angrily without replying his grandfather.
