Isadora's pulse raced at his words—not from fear, but from pure anger at the thought Kraven could decide anything for her.

It'd been her business ever since she chose her path, he just kept Interferring.

"Kraven has nothing to do with this," she said, looking the other way.

"Are you sure?"

"I walked the tunnels myself, Rav," she replied, sternly.

'I'm just angry I fell for a lost hope,' she thought, still riled up by Kraven's position in the Raven Court. 

He knew how desperate she was… but then again her feelings don't matter to him, she was just his sick entertainment.
