15: Verte

Eve: it's 5:30 am time to wake up Jaune

' why must you be like this everyday,' I think as I'm forced awake by Eve. Getting up and after doing my morning routine I leave my room. As I do I accidentally bump into someone and when I look it's Verte. " I guess it's your turn to watch me," I say as I look at the hot headed sister.

" Yeah it is , pansy ass," she says walking away leaving muddy boot prints all across the hall to her room which she kicks open showing the disaster zone. She slams the door as I roll my eyes. "Tsundere," I say under my breath but I hear her muffled shout," I'm not a tsundere you bastard."

I sigh as I continue downstairs and start fixing something for a quick breakfast. On the fridge is a note from both Saphron and Terra explaining that they're out on a mission with their team from beacon. Checking my scroll I also find a message from Rasha stating the same thing. I smile and send them a message.

Jaune: I hope you be safe, be smart, and come back home.

I receive several thank you messages and a new number with a picture. The picture is off a beautiful pale skinned girl with long blue-black hair that has the sides shaved. She's wearing a qipao style blue and black dress, with a boob window and large slits up her sides showing the strings to a tied thong and Kevlar thigh armor. She's a wolf or canine faunus that's missing an ear. Her weapon is a large katana whose sheathe turns it into a naginata.

???: hey this is Sierra thanks for the encouragement to come back. Gotta say Rasha only had good things to say about you. So how about a date when we get back.

Jaune: of course I'll take everyone on the team out to a nice restaurant or you can get a home cooked meal by me.

Saphron: everyone's will take the home cooked meal. We're having a girl's night when we get back. Though you're invited.

I sigh at the messages and eat my breakfast. After doing the dishes I messed up and cleaning on my room I went back to the instant dungeon.

Eve: the Bile twin event is still going. 2 days left.

Quest 1: defeat 500 zombies with the bile bite

Quest 2: slay the mini boss

Reward: 200,000 lien, +5 skill level scroll

Quest 3: Aura lock challenge

Description: complete the quests with your Aura locked.

Reward: double Aura level, talisman

I equip the Bile bite and the shield/ bow attaches to my arm. A classic heater shield shield size in the shape of the Bile twin's head. Sheathing my sword on my arm and pushing the bow form comes fourth and a quiver of five arrows extended on the grip covering my hands. A pins sight in acidic green with bone white pins are my sights. I check my inventory and see only five arrows counted.

" Note to self, buy or make arrows," I say exiting the safe house and back into the city. I don't know how I'll complete the first quest but thankfully I didn't take it. I'm not strapped on cash, at least I think, and this is just to get a feel of the weapon and it's mechashift properties. As I shift the weapon a few times to get the feel a hand grabs my shoulder and I twist around swinging my blade but it's blocked by a pair of one handed axes.

" Verte what are you doing here," I say looking at my sister as she retorts.

" I could be asking you the same Pansy ass, where the fuck is this place," says Verte looking around.

" Welcome to hell, where do you think," I say sarcasticly," we are in a place my semblance can create."

" Wait you unlocked Aura,when?" Verte asks I look at her.

" Oh I don't know would it be before I got mauled by the Grimm, during, or after when I was dying during surgery, or the coma that followed," I say. She looks away and says," still on about that, grow a pair."

" Fuck you, fuck rogue, fuck bleu, fuck noir, fuck Blanc, and fuck Violet," I say as I point at her," all of you would have possibly danced on my fucking grave had that Grimm finished the job, that's even if you bitches or the fucking sperm and egg carriers even looked for me to begin with."

" Oh wisen up Pansy, grow a pair turd stain," I continue the rant," fuck you, 16 fucking years of emotional, mental and even physical abuse at your hands. The girls can do no wrong the only mistake is the one that grew a fucking pair in the fucking womb."

" You think i don't care, you think because I'm a guy I don't have feelings, fuck you," I say as I turn Bile bite into its bow and fire an arrow at a horde of zombies blowing them to pieces with an explosion equivalent to a stick of dynamite.

" Only Saphron and Terra have ever cared about me. Saph listened to my problems and rubbed my back as I fucking cried at the shit I was given. She said everything would get better, it'll be alright, you're doing good, and I'm proud of you," I say as she starts to look away,"Terra is also the one that always found me in my darkest hours. She would cry with me as she would patch me up from the cuts I caused, untie the knots I made, take the pills I had stashed. I've tried to commit suicide 672 different times ever since I was twelve."

I bring my long sleeve up showing the faint and raised scars each one deep and marring showing the harsh reality of my/ jaune's life. I collapse the instant dungeon and leave the room with her crying kneeling on my floor.
