Naruto: Reborn as Kakuzu, the Immortal Assassin

Since there aren’t any helpful reviews for this fanfic, I decided to write one myself. This is just my opinion, so I’d really appreciate it if you shared yours too. In short, it’s a great fanfic about Kakuzu. What makes it stand out is that it’s set during the era of the creation of the ninja villages—a refreshing perspective, in my opinion. Since we have very little information about that period, it’s fascinating to see how the story explores what it might have been like.

The writing is easy to understand and the concept is also interesting. Im sure that the more chapters this will have the more readers and positibe reviews it will attract. Pls dont drop sir/maam. Thanks

This book is the same as what we see in the anime and manga basically. It’s a Mc that became kakazu, but it might as well be a self insert who stands in the corner, character changes practically nothing besides owning some buildings and glass production.hashirama still does the things he did in the book like passing out tailed beasts, he self inserts to help tobirama research the same jutsu he did before, and the same abandoned hashirama research he did before, literally no change, might as well just took him out and just wrote the biography of the ninja world starting with the land of fire.

The MC is just Kakuzu with knowlege of the ninja world and the modern world nothing else so if you like that this is for you I guess 🤷‍♂️

Ehhh. The setting and character choice is interesting. That time period has so much untapped potential for great stories and this fic does have its plus points. The translation is also easy enough to understand and while it’s obviously Chinese and some of the character interactions are weird and totally unrealistic it makes for a good way to kill time. The only thing lacking is logic tbh. Some technicalities just don’t make any sense lol(jutsu wise)

I liked the novel. MC is not a pure killing machine and did not gain powers for free, other than reincarnating into Kakuzu's body in the beginning. I like the story and course of the novel. But frankly, I wish kakuzu's immortality could have been a little more prominent for us. After all, the main plot is the 50-60th century of Konoha's founding. I know it happens during the year. Even if Kakuzu wasn't immortal, he could have lived to be 90 years old when he was 20-30 years old.

For now, till chap 27, the story is going great, there are lots of naruto fanfic, but few even dabble in the original char of the anime, and this one turn out great

It is Gold so far 103chapters later i can say with absolute certainty this one is a certified 5 The mc is very likeable and all the characters act exactly how their canonical selfs would, it adds a very nice touch of credibility to everything that happens
