The integeration

After the system provided him with the description and function of the rewards, he nodded.

"Mother, I'm going out for a minute."

"Hmmm…"

She gave him permission.

In the thick, dense forest, Ayush first took out the body evolution syrup and drank it slowly. The thick liquid in his mouth felt extremely cold, as though it would freeze his body. Fortunately, he managed to consume all of it—around fifty milliliters.

As soon as he drank it, he felt something was not right in his body, especially in his eyes. All his sensory organs had improved many times over. He couldn't tell exactly how, but he was sure that even the specialized monks (saints) living in the Himalayas, whom he had seen in his previous life when he went there on a tour would be impressed. However, those people had claimed to be immortal or in a deep sleep, waiting for the Lord to awaken them.

Regardless, he was certain that no one in this world was as strong as him in physical combat.

Then, his eyes fell on the remaining nine bottles. Two of them had already been decided one for his father (if he could save him) and the other for his mother.

He stored them in the system storage and finally took out the data eyes, which were just as valuable as the potion, as they could protect him from himself.

The system began integrating the data eyes…

Uhh… As soon as it started, a burning sensation spread through his eyes and lasted for some time.

The pain lingered, and Ayush didn't know how much time had passed. Eventually, he fainted as the data eyes integrated into his body.

---

In the camp…

"Ayush…?"

"Can you hear me? Ayush, wake up!"

Uhhh…

After sometime later.

As Ayush woke up, he found his mother sleeping beside him. From her appearance, it was clear that she must have been exhausted.

Ayush gently lifted her head and placed it on his lap, then lovingly stroked her hair.

"Maa… are you awake now?" he asked in a low voice, not wanting to disturb her if she was still in deep sleep.

"Uhhh… mera beta… you've woken up?" she asked.

"Hnn… What about you? Why did you faint?"

Though Ayush suspected it might be because of him since he had lost consciousness he wasn't sure. Perhaps his mother had sent someone to find him, only for them to discover him unconscious. In her panic, she might have fainted, thinking something terrible had happened.

While he was caressing her hair, a blue holographic panel slid to the left of his vision.

His eyes glanced at his mother, and the panel displayed:

After analyzing the data on his mother's panel, even Ayush was shocked. However, her mental condition was truly concerning. She needed proper rest, and perhaps it was because of his father.

Ayush's mood darkened, and he called up his own panel.

Looking at his own data, Ayush sighed in relief. Then, he took out a potion and handed it to his mother.

"Maa…!" Ayush whispered.

"Hmmm… what happened?" she asked quietly.

"Drink this… I found it in the jungle. If you drink it, it will improve your body condition." He placed the potion in his mother's hands and spoke seriously.

"What…?" Kalyani was utterly shocked.

"No… beta, you should take it. It will be more helpful to you!" She refused, hoping Ayush would drink it instead.

"Uh… Mother, I've already drunk one… look."

After saying this, he took out an empty glass bottle identical to the potion bottle and showed it to her.

"Okay…"

She didn't doubt her son and finally opened the lid of the potion.

Gurruu…!

For a while, she felt some pain. However, Ayush could immediately notice the difference between her current body and her earlier state.

Looking closely, he saw that his mother appeared much younger and healthier. Her physical and mental conditions had improved nearly threefold. What had particularly changed was her beauty—it had increased from 91 points to 98. Even her skin had become slightly fairer.

Her physique had reached 21, and her mental state had improved to 9. However, this was only temporary. If he managed to rescue his father from the Mughals, her mental condition would definitely improve further.

---

While his mother was still sleeping, Ayush stepped out of the tent and met the general in charge of everything.

"Maan Singh Yadav!"

He was one of his father's three most loyal general commanders. However, Ayush couldn't confirm it until he checked his panel.

---

Name: Maan Singh Yadav

Age: 45

Melee Combat (Grandmaster)

Sword Combat (Grandmaster)

Spear Combat (Grandmaster)

Army Management (Master)

Loyalty: 94 (To Host)

Mental Condition: 7

(This will not change unless the host deeply hurts him.)

As usual, Ayush scanned more than 40 people, including royal court members, chefs, and others.

Out of 46 people, four had a high tendency to betray him. Even worse, two of them had already developed lustful thoughts about his mother due to her beauty.

Ayush's mood worsened because three of them had a loyalty level of less than 30, meaning they could easily turn to the other side. And two of them dared to have such thoughts about his mother. It looked like he needed to personally deal with them—and quickly. However, if he acted without reason, it could backfire, affecting the trust and loyalty of his soldiers and court members.

"Ding!"

The Mughals are approaching the host's location. Be careful, as the enemy has a significant numerical advantage.

"Man Singh, Vikram...!"

"Protect my mother and ensure nothing happens to her. If anyone dares to approach her, especially a man, kill them."

Although Ayush knew that with her current physical condition, she wouldn't be easily overpowered in a frontal attack, he couldn't take any risks. It was better to arrange for her protection in advance.

"But... King, where are you going? If something happens to you, we may not survive either...!"

What Vikram said wasn't false. Vikram was a blood relative from his mother's dynasty. Although it wasn't as powerful as the Yadu Dynasty, it was still a strong ally. Currently, they were in the Bhagalpur (Vindhya-Bengal) region, which would take half a month to reach from here.

The attack itself was swift, and the Aadarsh Kingdom was unable to react in time to send reinforcements to the Yadu Dynasty.

As for where Ayush was going—he was heading straight for the Mughal army. Alone.

Well, not completely alone. He still had the elite guard tokens, so he wasn't worried. His goal was to convince them to join his side.

With his skills, he was confident that he could turn them into his own forces. And if any of them failed to prove their loyalty within a week, he would personally execute them.

"System, open the 3D map!"

"Ding!"

As he commanded, a 3D holographic map appeared in front of him, displaying various colors representing different forces.

The red markers represented the Mughal soldiers, while the blue ones indicated his own camp.

"Maan, Vikram… bring me a horse. I'm going for a lookout to assess if there is any danger."

Shaking his head, he spoke firmly.

"No, Prince! We can't allow that. You are still young. If you wish to patrol the area, why not send others instead? There is no need for you to take such a risk," Vikram objected immediately.

"You wouldn't understand… but I have to go!" Ayush insisted.

"Your Highness, we can't allow it. We have promised His Majesty to keep you safe. We cannot let you leave without protection!" Maan Singh added.

"Alright… since you won't let me go, why don't we make a bet? If you win, I'll stay. But if I win, you must follow my command immediately. Do you dare?"

Ayush was getting annoyed, so he proposed a bet. Now, the question was whether they would accept it.

"This… Your Highness, what weapon shall we use for the duel?" Vikram asked after some hesitation.

"Swordsmanship. And I don't care who among you faces me," Ayush replied.

Okay, they let's and decide.

Vikram stepped forward, drawing his sword with a calm expression. A grandmaster swordsman, he was a man who had fought in many battles

Ayush, with the sword in hand, assumed his position. His body was now more robust, faster, and agile from training. While he was much lower in the experience scale of Vikram, his instincts and system-driven progress provided him with a positive attitude.

Without delay, Ayush surged forward, sword slicing the air in a wide arc. Vikram easily parried, his wrist twisting aside to catch the blow and retain position. Without pause, he countered with a diagonal thrust, sending Ayush stumbling back to defend.

The sound of steel on steel rang out in the courtyard as Ayush assailed once more, his punches swift and contemptuous. He aimed at Vikram's weaknesses, testing his defenses with feints and sudden changes of direction. Yet Vikram was not affected, sidestepping and striking back with short, efficient punches.

Ayush attempted a low sweep and an upward slash, but Vikram moved back, deflecting Ayush's sword with the flat of his blade before delivering a precise thrust in the direction of his shoulder. Ayush narrowly missed it, but the tip of Vikram's sword brushed against his sleeve.

Picking up on this opportunity, Vikram shifted his foot and sliced down fiercely. Ayush parried, but the power behind the stroke pushed him backward by several steps. His fingers tightening, muscles flexing he felt the difference in experience.

They exchanged punches at rapid-fire pace for some minutes, and Ayush was even dodging and counter-attacking some of Vikram's attempts. His reflexes and instincts sustained him longer than expected, but eventually, a gap in his defense was identified by Vikram.

With a swift feint, Vikram made Ayush respond, then closed in with a fluid movement and grazed the back of Ayush's hand with his sword's flat blade a mark of his win.

"You have improved much, but lack experience," Vikram told him, putting his sword away.

Ayush exhaled, smiling. He had lost, but it was not a complete loss. His body had adapted, and he had been able to keep pace with a grandmaster, if only briefly. Next time, he will improve.
