*Leah's POV*
When we first left the guild I was excited at the prospect of having my first adventure with the guild. Little did I know I would be seeing things this time around that would make my stomach sick and make me want to quit this guild.
I watched as our guild leader who was said to be a powerful woman who stood up against men who would do horrible thing to women turned a blind eye to the same situations she was supposed to hate. I saw it the second week we were in the forest. Two of the male guild members had grabbed one of the newer female adventurers and dragged her to the woods. I followed and watched as they ripped her clothes off and began to rape her just 50 yards from camp.
I rushed and told the guild masters assistant what was happening. Her response made my blood run cold. "Just be happy it isn't you. This kind of thing is common. Just stay away from secluded areas."
When I asked how she could be so nonchalant about this she just looked at me in contempt and said. "This is how it works. The men carry the guild for us so they get to play. The guild master has had this arrangement for a long time. Just make it past your third month. If you can do that without them catching you then you will be clear of anything happening to you. They can only touch the new recruits."
The guild master knew of this? It blew my mind. It turned out the guild master was actually just a conniving and dirty lady not the upright and strong woman I thought she was. The thought hurt me deeply. I had been brushing the horrible feelings I had been getting around the men of the guild off but now I knew why I was getting it. They were plotting against me with smiles on their faces.
It wasn't more then another week that we finally found our targets. The sister of the guild master was a vision of beauty. The man walking beside her was strikingly handsome. I could tell that the two of them were quite close just from there proximity to each other.
Seeing them walking together looked like a scene from a movie. Their beasts walking beside them protecting their masters with the utmost vigilance. That is when I felt something I thought I wouldn't ever again.
That soothing warm and safe aura. It was him Axel Wolf. The other man that I met in the white expanse. He was here and I could tell he was much stronger then me. It seemed he had been working harder then Mia and myself.
Before I knew what was happening everything had already happened. Axel was being chained after being hit in the head by one of the men who had been raping women regularly on the trip. The guild master ignored her sister as she yelled about how Axel was her savior and she had to fix the situation. The guild master just seemed to sneer at her sister who was fussing over the unconscious Axel, with a wave of her hand a scroll appeared in her hand. It lit up with a blinding light that covered everyone except for the large black beast that had been wounded.
With a flash I opened my eyes to see that we were back at the guild. With my fastest speed I grabbed Mia so we could escape from this place and try to help Axel.

*Back to present time*
*Silvara's POV*
By the time I got to the court house it was actually quite crowded. There were people from all walks of life here. The majority being male adventurers. Surprised but not deterred I pushed through with my retinue of guards. Making it inside was actually quite easy.
Inside all of the most powerful people in the city were seated. Even my father had shown up already and was somehow seated in his chair right next to where the City Lord's own seat was. The City Lord sat tall in his seat. I could see it on his face, he was annoyed by something. I could only hope that it was directed towards his son this time.
After taking my seat and waiting no more then 5 minutes Garret and my sister walked through the doors. I looked at my sister and for the first time ever I saw a sneer on her face when she met my eyes. It was very confusing, why would she look at me like this.
Not having much time to ponder the floor at the center of the room slid open. Through the hole rose Axel standing on a elevator looking proud and handsome. For a second I thought that he felt even stronger then when I first met him but that couldn't be the case. He has been locked up in prison and in a coma for goddess knows how long.
When the elevator rose to its maximum height, the City lord stood and spoke with a great amount of authority.
"We are gathered here for the trial of this man for his despicable acts of murder, kidnapping of Silvara Tempest, and attempted sexual assault of Silvara Tempest. How do you plead scum?" I saw it again the the look of annoyance on the City Lords face.
He isn't happy to be here. Before I could think to much farther though I heard Axel speak.
"Fuck you, not guilty." Axel sneered at the City Lord. I felt my heart drop at his words. He was going to dig his own grave talking like this.

*Axel's POV*
[Host you will get out of this one way or another. I just got permission from Goddess Ayla to use force if I need to.]
Sylph's angry voice rang in my head as the elevator rose. My confidence started to rise even more. Again it grew when I felt Silvara's aura in the room above.
I masked my face in a stoic expression wanting to show nothing on my face except for defeat. I want to throw this entire place into an uproar since I can count on Sylph's assistance this time. Just to cover my bases I asked to make sure it was ok. I don't want to go assuming just to end up fucked even worse.
"Sylph can I cause a ruckus and still get your help?"
Around 1 second had passed before I heard her quick response.
[Host, Goddess Ayla says go wild, these people need a reality check.]
Oh fuck yes. This was going to be fun and I did need to let off some steam after waking in a prison cell. Smiling in my heart I kept the stoic look on my face.
As the platform rose I got ready to blow this place away. I saw a large number of people in the room. Far more then I thought needed to be there. I scanned the room subtly and saw Silvara and her sister. Focusing back on the man standing up from his seat i listened as he told me my accused crimes and asked how I pleaded.
"Fuck you, not guilty." It felt so good saying those words.
I watched the mans face turn purple so fast I thought he was going to have a stroke. He flared his power which slammed into me like a truck, but I stayed on my two feet somehow. "Insolent worm, you are only getting a trial because the Heir of the Tempest Family demanded it. Don't take my inaction on executing you as reluctance."
I could tell he wasn't joking right now but fuck him. I have Sylph's back up so I am not worried and I will speak my mind.
"You know this is fucking bullshit. I wake up in a fucking forest with nothing more then myself and a pack of Fenrir surrounding me. Get out of that situation just to come across the Lady Silvara Tempest and her Dire Wolves surrounded by a hedonistic piece of shit and his cronies, so I stepped in and saved her. Afterwards I take the time to escort her to this city just to be attacked and have my friend fatally injured." I let the words hang in the air for a moment. I wanted them to settle into everyone's hearts.
"After I spent my effort and time healing my friend, I was struck unconscious. Not only was I struck with my back turned I wake up in cell just to hear your stupid ass fake charges. Tell me how would you feel." I felt my heart pounding in my chest and the urge to continue was raging inside of me.
The only reason I stopped was because I could feel Sylph getting worked up to. I knew she was about to make her entrance. The City Lord slammed his hand down on the table in front of him with enough force to make it jump.
"Grr, I should just kill you no-"
He started his monologue about wanting to kill me, but was cut off by Silvara's beautiful voice.
"City Lord, I would like it if you could keep your threats to yourself." Waiting for everyone to quiet down Silvara continued with confidence. "City Lord I have ple-"
"Shut up, Silvara Tempest! This is no place for you to speak!" The City Lord slammed his hand on the table again showing his irritation but what he did not expect was the aura like cold steel to come from his side. He had forgotten that Silvara's father was seated right next to him.
Just as Silvara's father was going to speak Sylph decided to make her entrance.
*WUUUMMMMMVVVVVVPPPHHHHH*
A heavy pressure descended on the room holding everyone in there places. At the same time from my chest a pink light emerged. Slowly the changes took place and where the light was, I saw the cutest pink haired fairy ever. "Sylph..." I breathed out with admiration.
[I think you mortals are getting to big for your britches. You have made a grave mistake by framing the goddesses favorite person.]
Boom
It was like a bomb went off in everyone's minds. I watched as there faces went from horror to pale to red back to horror. Silvara had a surprised look on her face. While looking around though I did see one young lady that didn't seem terrified no she seemed to be shocked for sure but not scared.
Feeling her aura I could feel the similarities in it from the quiet girl in the white space. So I guessed that the three of them must be here together. Just great, all I need to deal with after this shit is more bull shit.
Hearing the trembling voice of the City Lord I snapped out of my thoughts and concentrated on him.
"Y-your greatness, I didn't know of his identity. If I had known I would ha-"
[Have what? Tell me what would you have done. You have been abusing your authority for quite some time haven't you. Hmm... Now that I look into your file it seems you did not start becoming corrupt until your son came into his adolescence. Does that mean it is all his fault?]
"Garret has had nothing to do with this! All the corruption is my fault not his!"
The speed at which the City Lord defended his son proved that Sylph had hit it dead on. That means everything has to do with the little shit. I scanned the room and saw a man standing next to Tiana possessively. It had to be him.
[City Lord, are you going to keep pressing this trial and false charges?]
Sylph's question brought the room to a halt. If the City Lord called and end to this randomly he would have to explain to his superiors what the hell happened. With a grimace on his face the City Lord spoke hesitantly.
"I would just call it off but, because I made this an official case so I didn't tarnish my name. If I were to just call it off I could come under investigation and the city will fall into the strongest family's hands. No one except for the Tempest family would be happy here and it could lead to civil unrest."
[You speak of these things as if I care. If I need to I can just wipe this pathetic kingdom from the face of the world and then what could anyone say?]
Everyone including myself were struck dumb at her words. This cute little wonderful fairy just spoke as if destroying a kingdom was as simple as lifting a hand. And for all we knew that was the case.
"Wait, please wait, I will cancel it completely now he is free to go!" The City Lord spoke so fast I thought his teeth were running away from him.
Sylph for her part didn't relent that easily. [You will give Axel Wolf 200 gold pieces and citizenship of the kingdom. also I expect him to be given a home free of charge so he can get himself established in this city. I will warn you now as well should anything untoward happens to him while in your city I will make sure you have no city remaining.] With her last words Sylph didn't wait for a response. She turned back into light and shot into my chest.
I just looked at the City Lord dumbstruck. I was certain about getting out of here but what Sylph just did, that has given me a major step forward. I can safely make my way in this world finally while having a place to live in the city.
I smiled to myself as Silvara rushed forward and undid the mana sealing chains on my wrist. With out a second thought I reached out and wrapped her in my arms. I felt her body tense and I could see a red flush creeping up her neck. I grinned until I heard her words.
"My father is watching us Axel."
Shit.
{Sorry for not getting chapters out yesterday, Rust was calling my name and had to get some gaming in.}
