*Axel's POV*

I built my power waiting for my opportunity to strike the man and take him down. I watched as he became overconfident in himself because he had the Matriarch on the back foot. That changed when he became distracted by the sounds of Anne's calvary coming in fast to help stop the group of people trying to take control of the village. 

{Something I don't think I explained very well is the fact that yes there is a good number of people in the village but only around 20% would be cultivators at or above the Gathering Realm with the rest in the Body Refinement Realm. So with 10 slaves and ten humans all with higher cultivation coming in to attack the villagers would not be able to put up as much of a fight as you may think.}

As the slaver was distracted Matriarch Tessa and I struck at the same time. She used an intense rock bullet spell that formed diamond shape projectiles that could shred through steel with the sheer force of her attack. Fortunately for the man, he was a quite strong cultivator so he was able to resist her attack with minimal injuries.

My attack was an intense beam of pure concentrated mana and when it hit him a hole the size of my fist was burned through his shoulder instantly cutting his arm off. I only had one real shot at this, so before he could register that I just cut his arm off I directed the beam in a slicing motion to cut him down for good.

To my surprise though the mans natural defenses worked against me and I wasn't able to fully cut him in half as I intended. After my attempt my mana was almost depleted and it would take a little while for it replenish. 

The man turned stiffly towards me with a crazy look in his eyes. When he saw it was me that had done that damage to him he started laughing.

"Look at this a little pissant that just hurt me... That really fucking stung kid! How to you think we should deal with this huh?"

As he was talking I watched to my utter horror as his arm and wounds regenerated right in front of me. Hearing his threatening words Lozen jumped in front of me to shield me with her body. As she landed she summoned a translucent barrier that seemed to be made out of starlight.

"Master Run! You cant beat him! He is a bloodsucker!"

I was confused by what she meant but Amani and her gave me no choice. After Lozen finished speaking I felt Amani grab me by the scruff of my neck like a cub and turn to run. I didn't realize it but during the fight my body had gone into a half transformed stated giving my body my bestial characteristics to a limited extent.

No one had enough time to do anything though as a bloody aura expanded out of the slaver. His eyes had gone blood red as he stared at Lozen, Amani and myself. He didn't spare a single second glance at anyone but us. Matriarch Tessa, Taylor, and Anne were all standing together now as the only person left to deal with was the leader.

I watched in horror as he lifted one hand and Lozen was thrown into the air like a rag doll. Even with all of her strength she could do nothing against someone at the Nascent Soul Realm.

He had hidden his true power with an artifact it seemed.

He took a step forward and I felt Amani shudder. She was trying with all of her might to break the control he had over her with his higher cultivation. The force holding us was so strong that I couldn't even breath. It felt like he could kill me with just a thought at this point.

I slipped from Amani's grasp and fell solidly to the ground as he took another step in our direction.

With every step he took I could hear thunder sound in my ears. This is the weakest I have felt since coming to this world. I was completely suppressed by him with no way to change anything.

I grit my teeth thinking that this will be the end of my life and I just wasn't ready to give up yet. A deep feeling of unwillingness spark inside of me as I felt my self start to rage at the Idea of being controlled by someone.

Slowly I started to see red as my anger started getting beyond my control and my bestial side was taking over. The last thing I saw after that was the sky as I roared out my defiance.

*Sylph's POV*

As I watched the screen in front of me I could feel my own rage spiking rapidly but unlike Axel, I don't lose complete control of myself like that. I Started to feel helpless as I watched Axel break free of the man's control.

I was angry earlier upon scanning him and realizing he was one of those bloodsuckers, a Scourge Clan Vampire. They were a clan of vampires that the world fought a great war against around 45 years ago. In the process of fighting the entire world they found themselves ostracized from even their own kind. The Scourge Clan were already hated amongst the other Vampires for being mutts, when they started attacking everyone, spreading pestilence and chaos everywhere, they were exiled.

I had thought that the last of them had been killed off years around 20 years ago during the Crusades under the Goddess of Justice's name. They hunted down and quelled whole populations of orc, goblins, trolls, and many more that haven't barely been able to recover their presences on the continent.

Also the fact that he had an artifact strong enough to fool Axel's Appraisal felt like a bad omen in my eyes.

It didn't take long for the man to completely overpower Axel.

I couldn't take it anymore, I know I am going to most likely get into trouble for what I am about to do but the knucklehead has become someone I adore and I wont let him be killed before he can even get out of the cradle. With a thought transported myself through the connection I had with Axel and appeared to come out of his chest.

I unleashed my aura, slamming the overgrown mosquito into the ground just as he was about to stab Axel with his claws and possible severely injure him.

[You sure are a stupid piece of shit. You and your clan should just stay dead instead here you are being a slaver for the trashy Empire.] I spoke with disdain in my tone because well I truly do disdain these certain vampires.

Struggling to turn his head in my direction the scourge clan vampire turned towards me his features distorting back into his true appearance. Gangly limbs covered in wiry hair accompanied with a grotesque looking face that has boils and pus coming from open wounds all over his body.

Ever so slowly he licks his lips in my direction before speaking.

"Well would you look at that... Someone must have really blessed this kid to have the Fairy Princess herself watching over him... You truly look so fu-"

[I suggest you keep my origins and any other thoughts of me out of your pea sized brain. The only thing you need to know is that you shouldn't have messed with him and just died like a good bug.]

"Hehe...*COUGH* Hehe... You don't need to worry... The Blazing Empire will be ruling the entire world soon and that with be the day my people come back and get our vengeance on you all... Hehe...By the way... *COUGH* I will remember every single curve of your body for the rest of my life... I assure you I will think of you while I fu- *SQUELCH*"

I finally lost my temper and with a wave of my hand I turned his body inside out. 

[Finely, that thing made me feel so disgusted. Now then, what to do with you?]

I spoke while dusting my hands off. Looking down I saw Axel starting to come back to his senses. Thankfully his natural healing factor is extremely high from his bloodline and his blessings.

*Taylor POV*

After killing Garth with a final helping hand from my Mother Anne, we moved to where Mother Tessa was. I was horrified when I lost all control of my body. The bloodred light and aura coming off of the man was so strong I thought I was going to die.

Lozen was thrown at least fifty meters like she was nothing. Amani started to shudder while still trying to get Axel out of the area. She couldn't though, I watched as he flicked a finger and she too was violently thrown away from Axel.

He hit the ground with a sold thud. His body had taken on a bestial look that gave him a wild but noble presence. It was like royalty was standing before me. Slowly Axel started being able to move somehow. I could see a silver and golden aura surrounding his body as he moved with a blur. He was in front of the man quickly and quickly attacked him with brutal blows. I saw something that made my breath hitch though, the man wasn't taking any damage from Axel's attacks, at all.

It happened with a flash. The man grabbed Axel by his neck and started throwing punches into his face at a speed I couldn't see. Axel's body must be extremely durable because the man was getting angry screaming about how he couldn't pop Axel like a pimple.

Just as the man was drawing back his hand I saw it change and gain claws at least 6 inches long.

He thrust his hand forward about to pierce Axel though his chest and it was at this moment the most beautiful and powerful being I have ever seen appeared in front of Axel slamming the man down to the ground with her aura.

My mothers both gasped at the sight of her and the man's words finally explained why. She is the Fairy Princess, known as one of the strongest in our world. Then I heard something even more crazy, this powerful being has been tasked to protect Axel and help him during his journey.

With a wave of her hand she turned the man inside out killing him instantly after he transformed into a grotesque figure.

She spoke softly looking at Axel with concern on her face as he slowly opened his eyes. It was then I noticed almost all of the wounds he had sustained from the slaver had healed already.

"Sylph, Is that you?" He asked the Fairy in front of him," You look a lot bigger then the last few times I saw you..."

[Fufu... That is all you have to say to me right now you dolt.] I could hear the emotion in her voice but Axel didn't. He had slipped back into unconsciousness once again. It was then that the Fairy turned to me with a smile on her face.

[Taylor was it?] She asked me, to which I nodded. She continued after getting my confirmation.

[Taylor, I know you and Axel have been building something special right? Well anyways that doesn't matter, look I need you to personally care for Axel and do not let anyone else near him besides Lozen and Amani. Can you do that for me?]

Once again I nodded my head but this time with a serious look on my face. I chose to ignore all of her words accept for her directions on how to take care of Axel. With my confirmation she turned into light particles and shot back into Axels chest.

*2 Days Later*

*Taylor's POV*

"Taylor I don't know if you should be staying in the same room as him even if he is unconscious." My Mother Anne spoke with a slight frown on her face. My other Mother just shook her head at Mother Anne's protectiveness.

"Mother you are the one that sent him here and don't think I don't know that it was your goal to get us to become acquainted." I spoke with a slight smile on my face. These two days I haven't barely left Axel's side and to be honest just taking care of him made me feel closer to him then I could have thought.

"Still, I do not think that you need to be sleeping in the same bed as him! You were cuddled up to him naked this morning! How would you explain that if he woke up to see you stark naked in his bed?"

Hearing her words I had a shy blush on my cheeks. I still took a breath and tried to steady my nerves before saying my next words.

"I will honestly say that I didn't think about that, but you know I cant stand wearing clothes to bed. Besides it is his fault. He is so comfortable to be around. He just has a calming aura... And even if he did see me like that I would hope that he would take me! He deserves it." 

My face was so red I couldn't believe that steam wasn't coming out of my ears. I would only talk like this with my Mothers as I trust them explicitly. Their reactions were awesome though. Mother Anne looked like her soul just flew out of her body. I mean she is technically my father...Hehe...

Mother Tessa though just smugly smiled at me and gave me a big thumbs up before saying," Honey, if you want mommy will teach you some ways to get that man wrapped around your finger first. I say that because there is no way he wont have a lot of women vying for his attention."

I was stunned for a moment before a determined look came over my face.

"Teach me your ways Mother!"
