The Paladin leader who had been slapped down the mountain by Ethan was still fuming. As soon as he shouted his orders, Ethan, who had been surrounded with no way out, suddenly leaped into the air.

Everyone watching had the same thought: What an idiot. Does he really think he can just jump over our heads?

This skill, attached to Ethan's boots, allowed him to perform a second mid-air jump by stepping on the air itself. As Ethan reached the peak of his first jump, he barely cleared the heads of the players in front of him. If he landed now, he'd still be trapped in their encirclement.
