The tour dragged to an end. I was exhausted from walking around but I had to help Dream move around the building.
Mr Mirko was back, looking much better than he was hours ago, the high that had whisked him away earlier was with him. A charming smile plastered on his porcelain like skin.
I looked at my dull blueish-purple skin and began to pick at my nails.
Life wouldn't be so bad if I was born a High Elf...right?
We were guided back to the Whale Train. I felt my stomach twist. The urge to puke came again. Oh my floppers!
I shifted to the side and emptied my belly again into a dug-in platform. Little slime like creatures hopped out of it. I felt bad for ruining their home. The little slimes began to devour my vomit what the bloody hell! The sight made my head spin and I found myself bent over and puking even more. That's what High Elf meant by chompers?
I felt a hand pat my back, I was handed a bottle of water to wash my mouth out and my face. Dream dabbed my face with a napkin
"You don't seem sick, I guess you have what I like to call Fast Movement sickness or motion sickness" his left hand rubbed my face softly as I steadied myself
"I'm fine"
I slowly lowered his hands from my face. He smiled and nodded before pulling me into the train.
Soon enough we were back in our institute with Mr Mirko less drained than he was this morning.
Everyone said their goodbyes and parted ways. I looked around for a while before turning to head home. Dream stood before me a paper in his outstretched hand
"This is for you"
I blinked as I reached for the paper. I attempted to unfold it but was stopped by him
"When you get home!"
I scratched my head and nodded "Hmm...okay"
I got home. Aunt Dara wasn't back yet. A note was on the fridge with her writing on it.
I made sandwich for you
I'm going to be home late today
So try to cook something up
Don't go to bed hungry!
-Dara
I crumpled the note and dumped it. My eyes scouting for the sandwich. It was placed nearly on a rotating plate encased in a space globe.
I tapped the globe and it cracked open like a hatching egg.
I pulled out the paper Dream had given me. Taking a bite out of my sandwich, I unfolded the paper.
