Titan's mechanical voice broke the silence. "I cannot miss my master's upcoming marriage."
Julian tried to force a smile, but it barely reached his eyes. "Great."
Lucy, her eyes narrowing slightly, turned to Rose. "Why are you here?"
Titan responded calmly, "She is my friend. I wanted her to come with me."
Lucy raised an eyebrow. "Are you… Rose?"
Titan shook his head. "No."
Lucy nodded, her voice still calm. "Thank you." She turned her gaze back to Rose, but the air remained tense.
Rose, unfazed, met her gaze head-on. "Titan just told you."
Before anything else could be said, Toba came rushing into the room, his eyes wide in disbelief. He stopped in his tracks, staring at Titan. "Is that a real robot? Where did you get it from?"
Julian sighed, visibly irritated by the confusion. "I'm not a robot. It's Titan."
Toba blinked, processing the information slowly. "Wait, I thought Titan was just a big screen stuck at MII."
Julian glanced at Titan, his tone becoming more matter-of-fact. "I built a robot body for Titan. That way, if it ever wants to leave MII, it can."
Isabella, hair a mess and clearly exhausted, groggily muttered, "Who wakes people up this early by knocking on their doors?"
Rose turned toward Isabella, studying her with a look of curiosity. Isabella, still half-asleep, met her gaze, confused but not bothered.
Rose finally broke the silence. "Who's that? Is she yours?"
Julian raised an eyebrow, trying to keep things light. "Stop joking, Rose. That's Isabella."
Isabella, now fully awake from the attention, simply shrugged. "Yes, that's me."
