The Hunt Continues

He thought, They were so weak. I should probably do something about the corpses. No need . They'll disappear when the sun comes up anyway. He then mused, I do wonder what those three low-rank vampires were trying to do. He decided, No need to overthink it. I'll just tell my old man about it when I get home. Draven leaped into the trees, moving from branch to branch towards the castle.

On his way, he spotted two more vampires. He stopped on a nearby branch. It looks like there are more than I thought, he observed. He jumped down, landing near them. "I didn't think there were more of you," Draven said.

The two vampires turned and attacked without a word. Draven dodged both attacks. "Attacking without saying a word? Are you trying to kill a kid?" he taunted.

One of the vampires snarled, "Do you think we're stupid? What kind of kid walks alone in a forest?"

Draven smiled. "Looks like you're not as foolish as the others." He began walking towards them. "What are you doing lurking around my castle anyway?"

"What do you mean, your castle?" one of the vampires questioned.

Draven scratched his head. "You came to pay a visit without knowing who lives here?" He raised his head, fixing one of the vampires with his glowing red eyes. "I'm not going to repeat myself. Why the hell are you lurking around my castle?"

"And why the hell would we tell you?" the vampire retorted.

Draven moved with blinding speed, disappearing from their sight and reappearing above the vampire who had just spoken. He punched the vampire's head into the ground, smashing it into a bloody mess. He stood up and looked at the remaining vampire. "Are you going to speak, or am I going to make you?"

The vampire was terrified, sweat pouring down his face. He was frozen with fear.

Draven smiled. "It looks like you're going to talk. I guess I'll have to make you talk then. Since you can regenerate, this is going to be fun."
