"She's a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer."
Ichika's eyes widened instantly at these words.
She had seen that lady quite a few times before, but had never realized she was a Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer.
"A Grade 1 Sorcerer? That's just one step away from becoming a Special Grade Sorcerer!" Her pupils dilated with shock at this revelation.
However, she couldn't understand why such a person was at Nakano Hospital. A Grade 1 Sorcerer would have connections to the finest hospitals, yet they chose this private facility with its modest medical expertise.
"That's why I asked if you had seen that person."
The calm words made Ichika's cheeks flush.
Still angry about Nino wearing the green hat, she had mistakenly thought Daiki was interested in that person.
"I've seen her several times. She rented a room on the top floor of Nakano Hospital — the hospital celebrated that contract for weeks. The patient in Room 14 up there seems to be her younger brother." She spoke carefully, piecing together her memories.
"Her brother?" Daiki asked, puzzled.
"Yes, father mentioned that her brother suffered severe trauma at birth and became vegetative immediately. He was transferred here from a high-level hospital for some reason, barely surviving on nutritional fluids. The lady suggested euthanasia, but the family refused, claiming he was too important to let die." Ichika's expression grew troubled as she spoke.
This incident had nearly caused a medical dispute at Nakano Hospital.
The thought made her shudder — if Jujutsu Sorcerers had gotten involved, they might have reduced the hospital to rubble.
A cold sweat broke out on her forehead.
"Is that so?" Daiki nodded thoughtfully.
He led Ichika to the ward where Miku and the others were staying.
Nino maintained her vigilant watch over Miku and Yotsuba.
Itsuki, fresh from dropping off Saki's little sister Keika, was now tutoring the girl's homework.
Mafuyu sat in the corner, lost in thought...
'Hm?' Daiki's attention shifted to the little blue-haired girl.
The sight of Itsuki — notorious for her poor academic performance — tutoring someone made even Saki's eyelids twitch.
"So, Keika, do you understand?"
"Well... I understood some... but this answer doesn't match what Itsuki-nee said. Did something go wrong?"
"Eh? Let me check the question again." A flustered Itsuki quickly reviewed the answer and realized she had indeed taught it incorrectly, "Ahaha... I misread the question earlier. Keika, remember this as a lesson — always double-check your work, okay?"
She scratched her head sheepishly, beads of sweat forming on her forehead. Had her grades deteriorated so much that she couldn't even tutor an elementary school student?
Rizu, sitting on the hospital bed, was speechless.
"How about I take over? I'm quite confident with science questions."
"..." Itsuki didn't protest.
Otherwise, the little girl's grades would surely suffer.
Meanwhile, Ichika found an empty hospital bed and sat down, too exhausted to continue speaking.
"Daiki-kun, could we talk for a moment? I have some questions about grades to discuss with you." After much hesitation, Mafuyu finally spoke up.
Watching Ichika fall asleep immediately after lying down, she felt guilty. Even as their homeroom teacher, she had to let her students shoulder such burdens.
She took a deep breath and called him out.
Since she was the homeroom teacher discussing grades, neither Nino, who was watching over Miku, nor the others grew suspicious.
Taking Daiki to an unoccupied room, Mafuyu closed the door. Her breathing quickened, her heart pounding against her ribs.
"Daiki-kun, I wanted to ask about... about that... that..."
She'd thought the words would come easily when she saw him, but now, facing him directly, they caught in her throat.
How could there be such an improper profession as Jujutsu Sorcerer in this world!
"About Spiritual Power?" Seeing her struggle, Daiki prompted.
Mafuyu nodded rapidly, as if clinging to a lifeline.
"But Spiritual Power is limited, wanting to..."
"I... I know... I can!" The words tumbled out in a daze.
She couldn't bear to imagine how red her face must be.
After a few moments of silence, when she was already thinking he would reject her for not being attractive enough or being too old, she felt warmth near her.
"As you wish, madam." Daiki nodded with understanding, his gaze growing sharper.
When a woman offers herself so courageously, what else could he do but accept? His heart would always have room for one who gave herself freely.
Without another word, he drew her close. Seeing her willingness, he cradled her delicate face and claimed her virgin lips.
"!!" As his strong hands held her in his embrace and he took her first kiss, Mafuyu's eyes fluttered closed. Had this been a comic, steam would have risen from her head from sheer embarrassment.
Her figure skating background had blessed her with height, powerful legs, and elegant curves that quickened the pulse. As Daiki's hands moved with gentle pressure, her trained muscles allowed perfect form, enhanced by her black heels and professional attire.
The Yin-Yang Primordial Method reached its peak efficiency. Pure Spiritual Power flowed and concentrated.
With Daiki's face mere inches from hers, Mafuyu squeezed her eyes shut, unable to contain her soft sighs.

Time passed quickly.
In the silent, dark corridor, Mafuyu walked unsteadily, supporting herself against the wall.
'Only three times — isn't that far too few compared to eighty times?' A sense of despair rose in her heart.
Although it had felt incredibly good, especially with how lovingly she was treated, such an impure relationship between teacher and student was too shameful. If Miku and the others found out, it would be disastrous.
Still, Mafuyu hadn't left empty-handed. Daiki had given her a strand of Spiritual Power for protection.
'I should find a chance to give it to Keika Kawasaki first,.' She thought as she came to her senses, immediately concerned for the little girl.

Meanwhile, Daiki headed to the hospital's top floor.
There, he encountered Miss Mei in the corridor.
Through the ward's window, he observed a boy lying motionless, his frail body entangled in IV tubes, reduced to skin and bones.
"What happened to him?"
"A Cursed Spirit attacked this child on the day of his birth. He's been in a vegetative state ever since, but he was born with an Innate Technique. The family refuses to let him die, keeping him on life support. They cling to hope that he'll wake up one day and pass on this technique." Mei observed the ward with a detached gaze, her expression devoid of emotion.
Though he was technically her brother, they shared no real connection.
She disapproved of her family's choices. In her view, euthanasia would be more merciful than this endless suffering.
"I see."
The boy's life force had dwindled so low that even a gentle breeze might snuff it out. Keeping him alive placed a significant strain on Nakano Hospital.
Yet his time was clearly running short. The transfer to this hospital itself was a tacit admission of defeat — the family simply couldn't bring themselves to let go entirely.
Daiki narrowed his eyes; this soul would make a rare collection indeed.
