76: The Beginner's Dunegon- Part 3

Liam had always been someone who avoided challenges and took the easy way out. So that was why he had braced himself to forcefully go through this dungeon and not like it. 

But he was surprised to be proven wrong.

As they moved deeper, they encountered a few goblins—small, green creatures that barely posed a threat. Liam dispatched them quickly, using precise strikes rather than brute force.

"Wow, what a challenge." 

Asger said dryly.

Liam shot him a look.

"We're not here for a challenge. I just wanted to check it out."

Asger grumbled under his breath but continued following Liam as they explored.

After a few more minutes of walking, they reached what looked like a small shrine in the middle of the dungeon. A strange, glowing crystal hovered above a stone pedestal, pulsing with a faint blue light.

Liam's instincts immediately kicked in.

This… is not normal.

"Asger, back up."

 Liam said cautiously.
