106: Being found out- Part 2

Liam gritted his teeth.

"I swear, I'll do everything in my power to avoid that man," 

He muttered under his breath. But even Liam knew that it was a tall order to follow. Victor was too much of a causality to be controlled.

Asger, wrapped around his neck, flicked his tongue out. 

"You'd better. I don't like his smell."

Once Victor was gone, the suffocating tension eased, but a new kind of trouble brewed.

Now that Elder Erin was no longer occupied, students began approaching him once more.

They swarmed forward, eager to grab his attention, but this time, the elder turned them all down.

"I'm busy right now. Liam, follow me. I will show you a place I promised to show you." 

Elder Erin said simply, raising a hand to silence them. 

The moment those words left his mouth, Liam felt every pair of eyes in the area land on him.
