The morning air was crisp, and Liam, Asger, and Elder Erin made their way to the meeting location.

As soon as they arrived, a stern-looking officer stepped outside to greet them. He barely spared Liam a glance before his eyes landed on Elder Erin. His face paled slightly.

The officer said, his tone rough. He then reached out, gripping Liam's arm in a way that was unnecessarily harsh.

Asger, who had been silent up until now, moved faster than anyone could react. His small but sharp teeth sank into the man's wrist.

The officer shrieked, stumbling backward in panic. He clutched his wrist as his face turned an alarming shade of white.

Liam simply watched, unimpressed, while Elder Erin sighed as if this were all very predictable.

"I-Is it poisonous?! Am I going to die?!"

The officer stammered, looking from Elder Erin to Liam in horror.
