The man's murderous intent began to fill the room.
"Taemin! Let's get revenge on our comrade." the man shouted.
However, he received no response.
"Taemin, where are you!?" he asked desperately.
Safwane let out a smile and stepped aside, revealing the body of a person on the stairs.
The man opened his eyes and gritted his teeth again. And without taking any more time, he attacked Safwane at high speed.
The young emperor blocked the punch with his forearm and after blocking it he lowered his head to avoid the other.
But the man took the opportunity to kick him in the legs to unbalance him.
While Safwane fell to the ground, the man brought his two hands together and tried to deliver a downward blow. However, the young man at high speed placed his katana between the blow and the ground, making him stop.
Safwane rolled to the side.
After getting to his feet, his katana was thrown towards him with great force, but he managed to grab it before it hit his face.
However, the burly man threw it as a distraction, and taking advantage of the fact that he had lost sight of him, he approached his side, throwing a powerful punch.
Safwane realized it too late, causing his attempt to block to not work. Due to the blow, he was sent forcefully into the wall, breaking it.
The building began to shake, this was a battle that should not be carried out in this destroyed place.
After the rubble that spilled over Safwane's body, he stood up accompanying it with a sigh.
"Arthur... This man only amplifies his physical abilities?" he asked while dusting off his clothes.
Arthur, who was hiding under the desk, replied in fear:
"That's right..."
"I see, then I don't have to worry." said Safwane as he threw his katana to the ground.
And after spitting on the ground, he gestured for the man to come.
"This time I'm going to finish you off." the man muttered angrily.
He approached him at a faster speed than before and this time he aimed his punch at his face, which ended up hitting.
'It can't be real... And now what awaits me!?' thought Arthur as he grabbed his head in fear.
'I'm sure I've hit him with all my strength, so why do I still feel like I'm touching something' thought the man getting nervous.
The cloud of dust slowly began to dissipate and red eyes became visible in it.
'He's still alive...' thought the man trying to strike again, but his breathing was cut off, a powerful blow had hit him.
The blow made him go through the wall, and behind it he was breathing heavily while letting blood come out of his mouth.
'Why is he stronger now?' he asked himself as he tried to stand up.
Footsteps began to be heard approaching him. And behind the dust the steel of the katana could be heard being unsheathed.
Safwane placed the edge of the katana on the man's neck.
"Don't think that the government will let you go, when they see that we haven't returned they will send the Order to eliminate you all for insubordination... So don't think that this is going to end..." he finished saying before Safwane finished cutting his neck.
The young emperor waved his katana causing blood to splash on the ground.
"Tell me what the man said." Safwane said turning to Arthur.
But his face was confused when he saw him kneeling on the ground with terror on his face.
"We are dead..." Arthur stammered.
Safwane frowned.
"The man said they are going to send the Order, we are going to die." Arthur said letting tears flow.
"Why are you acting like this?" asked Safwane confused.
"You don't understand because you are somewhat strong! You can escape from them since you are not registered and you can fight against the nightmares, but what about us?!" shouted Arthur.
Arthur tried to continue talking but a terrifying aura interrupted him. The young man's eyes were watching Safwane and his body reacted in response.
The young man felt his death.
"Stop screaming... Explain to me what the Order is and what it means to be registered." ordered Safwane.
Arthur gulped.
"...The Order is where the strongest of Korea are, they are people who are considered national dangers. Unlike these three, this time you will not be able to fight them." Arthur explained.
The young man began to shed more tears.
"...Each one of us is registered by the government, making it impossible for us to escape from this place and we do not have the strength to do so... We are all going to die..." he explained again this time with a broken voice.
Safwane lowered his gaze, he knew that these people had no chance after knowing their situation. He also knew that he could not fight these people from the Order.
But his heart was filled with a peculiar ardor. This was his duty, to be the strongest to protect those who are not, he had been emperor to be able to provide everyone with security, to be able to give everyone a favorable life.
Even if that meant that he would dive into the abyss for it.
Safwane began to remember the smiles, the thanks and the joys of his people. He also remembered the fall of his people due to his own weakness.
"Get up, don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." said Safwane offering a hand to the young man.
Arthur took the hand and stood up.
"How are you going to do it?" he asked worried.
"That's not important."
The people were in front of the building worried about their fate, they knew about the huge debt that there was and the loud knocks inside the building made them worry even more.
"Are we going to stay standing?" said the young woman who had been attacked before. "Although we don't know much about him, he has given us more than the previous group," she added.
Doubt flooded through the people.
"Don't try anything." said a voice coming out of the building.
The people looked towards the door nervously. Which dissipated when they saw Arthur and Safwane leaving.
The awkward silence was present.
"The debt... there is none." said Safwane.
The people looked at each other confused, while Arthur tried to hold back his laughter.
Safwane gritted his teeth and then punched Arthur in the head.
"If you can't speak, why is it my fault!?" said Arthur annoyed.
"Then teach me well, for something you know how to do!" answered Safwane annoyed as well.
The silence was still present on the part of the people, but when both young men turned around, they saw them leaning towards them.
"Thank you very much!" the people shouted in unison.
After hearing those words Safwane with a smile turned around to enter the building again.
On the other hand Arthur stood there not knowing how to react.
The young man cleared his throat.
"Don't worry, we will be here for you, so to celebrate that we don't have a debt let's have a party!" said Arthur raising his hand.
The people raised their hands happily as well.
Safwane sighed.
Night had already taken over the sky and the citizens were celebrating happily under the building.
Safwane on the other hand looked at the sky while he was lost in his thoughts again.
'Despite what I have said, will I be able to protect them?' he thought. 'Where I lived before the world depended on physical abilities so it was easy for me, but can I do it with people who use strange abilities?'
Safwane stared at the crack in the sky.
'I must find a way to become stronger, not only to protect those who follow me but also so I can get my revenge.'
Footsteps broke the silence.
"You're not coming to the party?" Arthur said blushing.
"No... Are you old enough to drink?" Safwane asked, glancing at him out of the corner of his eye.
"Yes, I'm 25." Arthur said proudly.
'So we are the same age...' Safwane thought. "Are you sure this party isn't going to end with the food?" he asked.
"Yes, I've got it all under control."
"I see, then enjoy."
Arthur looked at his empty glass sadly and headed for the exit.
Safwane sighed.
"There are many things I have to worry about."
