Chapter 52: Who Is The Strongest?

"Oh, so you're breaking out a powerful move? That's what I want." I said with a smile on my face. "Char, you better get your strongest attack ready. I think it's about time for the finale."

"Hehe, you don't have to tell me. I'm already well aware of that." Charlemagne said as he raised his sword.

I grasped all three of my swords and we all prepared for our final attacks. "I wield Samehada, King of the Seas. Tengen Muyo, King of the Skies. Zabimaru, King of the Mountains!"

"Destroyer of Three Realms! Ragnaraku!!!"

"Void Blade: Marauding Winds!!!!"

"Three Beast Swords Ultimate Technique! Three Kings Synchronicity: World Eater!!!!"

In an instant our three techniques collided with each other creating a shockwave that engulfed the entire island. Onigashima itself was reduced mostly to rubble on the side closest to us. Within a giant crater was the bodies of the three of us.

The first one to get back on to his feet was, Kaido. I had happened to regain consciousness as I saw him get back to his feet.

"Eh, I really thought I could beat you." I said weakly. "I'm sorry guys. I guess this is as far as we go." I said as I went unconscious again.

"What are you apologizing for you brat?" Kaido said as the smoke cleared to reveal his missing arm and his ripped open guts. "You won." He said as he coughed up blood and collapsed face first into the ground.

I woke back up on the ship, surrounded by my crew who all had concerned looks on their faces. Apparently Yuma had come to pick me and Charlemagne up and took us back to the ship. Celeste did her best to patch me and Charlemagne up but we were both wrapped up like mummies.

"What happened?" Was all I could manage to say. I still felt incredibly weak.

"You idiot! I told you not to fight Kaido! You too are just lucky that you survived!" Celeste said as she wiped tears away from her eyes. It was clear that she had been working herself to the bone to try and help me and Charlemagne. It seemed like she intended to keep lecturing me about my reckless behavior but she stopped as Isabella sat down next to me.

"Did you have fun Leo?" Was all she asked as she gently held my hand.

I could barely move but my smile was ear to ear. "Yeah, it was the best." I replied.

"Well that's good." She said.

"The others, are they alright?" I asked barely able to get the words out.

"Charlemagne, is still in critical condition and in a coma. Though I think he will be able to pull through." Celeste replied seemingly dissatisfied with Isabella letting me off the hook so easily.

"What about Kaido? Why didn't he kill us?" I asked. I was sure that I'd seen Kaido still standing before I passed out again.

"He couldn't have killed you. More over he won't ever kill anyone ever again. He's dead." Yuma replied.

"Huh? What do you mean he's dead?" I asked.

"It means that you killed him, in other words, you won." Sig answered.

I was shocked to hear that, I was sure that he had beaten us. I couldn't have even imagined that it would actually be possible to actually kill Kaido.

"Where are we now?" I asked as I started to sit up.

"We're just about to leave Wano. We need to get out of here before Kaido's guys can catch up to us." Celeste responded.

"We need to turn back around right now." I said.

"Huh? What do you mean? We can't-" She tried to reply until I interrupted her.

"I SAID TURN THE SHIP AROUND RIGHT NOW!!!!"
