DECLAN

Declan suddenly pushed her to the the ground and he bared his fangs taking his teeth to her neck.

Aeris's eyes widened as he flipped his tongue on the most sensitive part of her neck.

"Don't Tempt Me.. Prey.."He whispered huskily in her ears making her throat churn and gulp.

Aeris held her breath in her throat and she daringly bared her neck for him.

" Am I..... tempting you "She whispered closing her eyes.

Declan stared at her fresh white neck, her scent intoxicating him and the sweet scent of her ash hair added to it making his throat bop once again.

He so badly wanted to heed to the need of his wolf, tear off her clothes and devour her here and now.

Make her scream from both pain and pleasure.

Fuck.. What was he thinking.

Declan moved himself away from her and he looked away.

For fuck sake what was this girl doing to him.

He had almost said " Mate" but he used " Prey".

Aeris rose up from the ground and she flipped her hair backwards with a pout.

"Hmm, I guess I have to improve my seductive skills after all, so you'd try to touch me.." She said.

Her plan was if he had kissed her neck, she would remove her hair pin and stab his neck with it continously till he died.

Aeris stood up and Declan took his gaze to her.

"Don't wear this again" He said and looked away.

The mere thought of his guards and male servants seeing her this way made him seethe, and the urge to get up and Guage out their eyes almost exploded him.

"It's my body, I decide what to wear on it" Aeris said and turned around walking away.

Declan took a deep breath, her scent still lingering around him even while she was gone.

Must be because he was very close to her.

Hmph, it took the tiniest bit of strength for him to grab the tiny rope of self restraint before he could get up from Aeris, else.

It would have been a different story.

All these was as a result of the arrival of the full moon.

If he was like this now, then he wondered how he would be when it finally approaches.

Declan stood up walking out of the garden towards his Chalet, he entered the dark two doors.

He entered his abode of darkness, crisply formed for him.

The ceilings had scary drawings of angry Wolves glaring with red hideous teeth.

There was a dark polished statue of a wolf roaring instead of howling made of gold. Water poured out of the mouth of the wolf.

There was a fountain in that part of the house.

Declan pushed open a door and it led him into a dark room, lit with candles upholstered on candelabra.

Most part of his Chalet was lit with candles giving his home that yellow intimidating glow.

Declan stared around the place and he walked out.

He walked further in and he pushed a door open, the steam from inside that door welcomed him and as he shut it, it poof out.

This particular room that looked like a living room was the bathroom.

The steam here could cook food but the Alpha loved it this way.

Declan stripped himself off his clothes and he cracked his neck, He sat in a part of the room saturating himself in the steam.

He closed his eyes enjoying the feel gently when his mind unintentionally drifted to a particular person.

Aeris.

Her soft Jasmine scent as he pinned her to the ground, the freshness of her neck.

Her unique body in that light cloth.

Declan groaned unintentionally and he took his eyes to his cock, staring at the whitish liquid substance that popped out.

Fuck, he was going insane.

* NIGHTSHADE PACK *

The packs castle wasn't too tall and imposing but it's strength surpassed the remaining six packs in of Luna Athena ( excluding Ember Wolves of course.)

It belonged to Thane Artem. Melantha's brother.

Melantha could be seen running in in her pretty white wolf form.

She slowly arrived at the door to the palace and she shifted back falling weakly, her green eye color returned to their bright blue.

The guards quickly rushed to her on recognition of who she was.

"Princess" They called lifting her up.

"Alpha Thane, Alpha" A guard ran in to call Melantha's brother.

" Where's Melanie" Melantha asked.

Melanie was Melantha's elder sister

Nightshade Pack was ruled by her brother the Alpha.

Her father died long ago in battle.

When she had said she'll report the Alpha to her father, she meant her brother Thane, she called him father because that's what she saw him as.

"Mel" Melanie ran out in her Armour, she was a female warrior.

" What happened, who did this to you" Melanie carried Melantha from the guards arms.

"No one" Melantha said and Thane ran out madly.

"Melantha how did this happen, don't tell me that Alpha did this, he gave his word" Thane yelled as Melanie carried Melantha to her room.

"Stop asking questions, just treat me" Melantha groaned.

"What was used, it's obvious you were whipped."Melanie said hurriedly running around.

" Mountain ash and probably mixed with ginger "Melantha shrugged.

" Thane give me Mountain ash repellant and lemonade water "Melanie said and Thane hurriedly brought it.

He was an Alpha with dignity but nothing mattered more to him than his family, his sisters per say.

" I know this is all Declan's doing, the sick Alpha did this to you right. "Thane glared and Melantha scoffed.

" I'm marching to his castle whether he's the lycan king or not " Thane said livid.

" We can see that "Melanie scoffed pressing Melantha's injuries and she winced.

" Yes you will be fine, Mel and I'll make sure of that that's why you will not leave this kingdom to go to the Alphas "Thane said and Melantha's eyes widened

" What, Thane you can't "Melantha stood ignoring her injuries.

" I forbid you from leaving our territories in order to go to the Alphas as your Alpha "Thane declared.

" I am his Luna "Melantha yelled.

" And you're my sister "He said and walked out slamming the door behind.

Melantha scoffed painedly and sat down.

" It's not fair "She sniffed.

" It's for the best "Melanie said.

" Tch, leave me, I wanna be alone "Melanie stood and leaned down to peck her cheeks.

" Take these meds later "She whispered and walked out.

She knew better than to stay, whenever Melantha said she wanted to be alone then she meant it.

Melantha layer backwards on the bed, her injuries stinging but she didn't care.

She just wanted to think.

She couldn't stay in this castle, confined to her room.

The full moon was approaching, a time when she needed to satisfy the Alpha cause that was his ⚹ e x hungry period.

"I have to leave somehow" She said looking around.

"I disliked her from the very beginning she stepped into this place, and my dislike only heightened when she disrespected the Alpha so cowardly." A maid washing the dishes said.

"Yh, cause of her the Luna left , she had so much scars, I can't believe the Alpha ordered for her to be whipped" Shivani said lazily sweeping.

" Can you not speak of Lady Aeris that way, the fact that the Luna ran isn't her fault, she punished Lady Aeris first remember" A girl called Isadora said.

"Shut up. How much do you know about this" The first maid Glendora glared at her.

"She knows as much as to see that Lady Aeris is a lovely girl" Jasmine and Jessy stepped in with glares.

"What right do you have to speak of her so rashly" Jessy yelled.

"And who the hell is talking" Glendora raised a brow dusting her hands and she placed them on her waist facing Jessy.

"Someone who isn't as Shameless as you are, mate Stealer" Jessy yelled and Jasmine glanced at her then looked away.

Glendora approached Jessy immediately.

"I dare you to repeat that" Glendora said menacingly with the most dangerous glare and Jessy boldly stepped forward.

"You're a mate Stealer.." A slap was sent to her cheek immediately but Jessy didn't waste time as she attacked her immediately slapping her back soundly.

"You stole Lyra's mate and she committed suicide unable to beat the pain" Jessy yelled infuriating her more and Glendora jumped on her pulling her hair.

"Shut uppp" She screamed as the fight went hot.

Jasmine tried to separate them but she received a few punches.

The head maid, Lady Samara walked in immediately and she gasped at the fight.

Aeris ran in as well and her eyes widened.

"Jessy" She yelled running to their spot.

She quickly began pulling Jessy away even when slaps reached for her.

"Enough" Lady Samara yelled and both girls disengaged immediately.

"Come to the palace field, you will say the cause of the fight and recieve your punishment accordingly if the reasons aren't firm" Lady Samara ordered at the bowing girls.

"Jessy why did you fight" Aeris stared at her bruised face.

"They were bad mouthing you" She said and moved away from Aeris's hold.

Jasmine frowned a little as Aeris followed Jasmine out.

"Are you alright Jasmine" Isadora asked.

"Yh" Jasmine said watching Glendora walk out.

She left the kitchen heading for Aeris's room.

She got in and sat on the bed.

She just paled her cheeks sitting there till Aeris walked in.

"Hey are you okay" Aeris asked and she stood.

" Yes I am" Jasmine bowed and Aeris who was leaning on the door post smiled walking in.

"I'm not a little child Jasmine, so I can literally te how you feel," Aeris said lying down on the bed.

" You can" Jasmine blinked.

"Of course and I can tell you have a slight jealousy for Jessy" Aeris smiled.

"Why would you think so" Jasmine blinked and Aeris smiled.

"When I asked after Jessy earlier after seeing her bruised face, I saw you too but didn't really ask and I bet you felt I was biased cause you had little bruised from their punches" Aeris said Jasmine sat on the bed surprised.

"How did you know" Jasmine asked.

"Like I said, I'm not a little child, I'm mature enough to know that" Aeris said and Jasmine sighed.

"It's true, I am quite jealous of her. I mean, she's got everything, the perfect face, perfect hight and the perfect mate, Fillion oo, he's just too perfect, behind his straight faced facade, is a charming, sweet and loving guy, he's romantic and everything, he's just like the Alpha, someone who would risk his life to save someone else, just like the Alpha did for you "Jasmine dreamed.

" What, what do you mean, the Alpha risked his life to save mine "Aeris frowned sitting up.

" Of course, you didn't know, how do you think you were able to survive the stab, he did Blood Deposition on you throughout the night, he stabbed himself at the exact same point he stabbed you "Jasmine furthered and Aeris's eyes widened.

Aeris walked on the hallway, Jasmine's words in her heart.

But why would the Alpha do that, there's no special thing between them.

Why did he save her.

She bit her nails walking when her gaze caught Davis ahead.

He was holding a food.

"Hey Davis, where are you headed" She smiled..

"You aren't so nice" Davis said.

"Am I now, ohh scratch that, hey I'm coming with you wherever you're headed" Aeris said trying to sound rude.

"You'll come with me to the dungeon" Davis scoffed.

"Ohhh, this castle has a dungeon" Aeris eyes were big.

"Is there no castle with a dungeon silly" Davis scoffed now walking through a very dark hallway.

"Hey am Tharros sacrifice, don't call me silly" Aeris squinted, warning.

"It's that even a thing to be proud about" Davis rolled his eyes.

"it's something that makes me special here and treated nicely so, yes it is" Aeris said as they finally got to the dungeon.

Davis opened the big dungeon door and the stench that came out didn't waste time in making Aeris puke.

"It's horrible" Aeris covered her nose walking after him as they past through a line of cages.

A few where empty and some contained dried people, there was hardly any that had flesh.

There were cobwebs and and skeletons of dead people behind the iron bars.

Some where the skeleton of people who died in their wolf form.

Aeris followed Davis to a particular cage and the scent that reached her nose even if she hadn't seen the person made her grip on her nose loosen.

She still followed Davis till he stopped in front of that cage.

"Your food" He said and Aeris came to stand beside him.

He heart fell immediately she saw who was there.

"Cee" She called softly.

"Aer, oh Aer, you're alive, you survived it, oh, am so happy, am just so, ohh, thanks for being alive Aeris, as o happy" Caelan quickly grabbed her palms from inside the cage.

"What are you doing here,.. I thought, I thought he let you go I thought you were free" Aeris said confused.

Davis just stared confused too, he thought Aeris knew.

"Was that what the bastard Alpha said, he locked me up here Aeris, he doesn't want us to be together" Caelan said and Aeris let out confused breaths.

"What are you doing here" The thick baritone voice of someone reached her ears.

" You never let him go" Aeris slowly turned to face the Alpha.

"He sneaked into the palace, he's suffering from his crime" Declan said and Aeris raised her palm and brought it down on the Alphas face.

"You heartless chunk, after beating him so much that day" Aeris yelled an dthe Alpha suddenly pulled out his sword.

"I should kill him then, that's a better idea" Declan said meaning his words and Aeris clawed at his neck.

The Alpha dropped his sword as he slowly turned to face her.

"How dare you, you want to kill my fiance after placing him in the dungeon, just how miserable would you make my life, you ended my parents, briught me here as some sacrifice, stabbed me, beat up my fiance and placed him in a dungeon." Aeris yelled and Declan grabbed her neck immediately, his hold like vice as anger shimmered in his eyes.

" I saved your life "Declan snarled..

Caelan took their talk as a distraction for the Alpha and he picked up the sword.

Davis was just staring at them with a sorry look.

" I didn't ask you to "Aeris choked out those words and Declan who was glaring noticed the foul movement at his back.

He stretched his hand, with the motive of grabbing the incoming sword and stop the attack bit his hand slipped and his eyes widebed as his own sword passed through his stomach.

His hold on Aeris neck released immediately and blood spurt out of his mouth.

Caelan grinned like a devil, the Alphas blood staining his face and teeth as he held the sword.

"ALPHA!!" Davis yelled in terror.

"DECLAN!!!"
