Meanwhile, Obito had just finished forming the seals. His chakra, infused with his fire nature, coalesced in his throat.

Namikaze swung it at Minato.

[Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique]

A great ball of fire rose up. Its intense heat was capable of turning everything to ash. The attack quickly closed in on Namikaze Minato.

As Minato prepared to flee-

Whoo! Whoo! Whoo! Whoo!

Dozens of shuriken flew towards him from both sides. This was Nohara Rin's well-aimed projectile attack, strategically narrowing Minato's escape routes.

The only path left was in the direction of Uchiha Yuma and Hatake Kakashi, who were waiting with their ninja swords ready for action.

Meanwhile, Namikaze Minato seemed to be cornered.

Yellow Flash's Reaction

'You've done well. Although you are not familiar with each other, your teamwork shows promise,' Minato said with a smile.

'And for the purpose of this assessment... you passed!'

Before she could react further, a golden light enveloped the battlefield.

Minato disappeared from sight.

In the blink of an eye, she reappeared behind all four of them: Yuma, Kakashi, Obito, and Rin.

The bed! The bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed! Bed!

All four were instantly immobilised. Black runes appeared on their bodies, disrupting their chakra systems and preventing them from moving.

'What's going on?!' shouted Obito, trying to move.

'Is that the Flying Thunder God Technique? Unbelievable!' gasped Rin.

'Damn, did we lose so easily!' muttered Yuma, trying to push himself up.

'Even my chakra control is completely broken,' said Rin, her eyes wide.

Minato smiled at his students lying on the ground.

'You did well,' he said, his voice warm. 'Despite the outcome, you passed the test.'

Teamwork Lesson

Yuma, still lying on the ground, managed to support himself slightly. Looking at Minato, he smiled.

'As expected, Minato-sensei's real purpose was to test our ability to work together,' Yuma said confidently.

Minato nodded in agreement. 'That's right, Yuma-kun. The purpose of this evaluation was teamwork. With Kakashi already experienced as a Chūnin, I wanted to see if the group could overcome any sense of division between experienced and inexperienced members.'

Hearing this, the team realised the true intention behind the test. Kakashi, however, awkwardly averted his gaze and silently accepted this subtle lesson.

Minato chuckled to himself at Kakashi's reaction. 'Okay,' he said, his voice cheerful. 'Let's have some barbecue to celebrate the formation of Team Minato!'

'Really?! Minato-sensei, you're the best!' cheered Obito, unable to control his excitement.

'Obito, calm down! Show some restraint,' Rin chastised, but smiled slightly.

'Rin, don't be so strict!' pouted Obito, drawing laughter from the group.

The cheerful team set off for the barbecue restaurant, their bonds growing stronger with each step.

One Month Later

A month had passed since Team Minato was formed. That morning, Uchiha Yuma gathered his ninja tools and left the Uchiha clan's territory and stepped out into the sunlight.

He made his way to the training ground where he planned to train. Once there, he sat cross-legged under a tree and enjoyed the stillness of the morning.

Over the past month, the team had completed numerous D-rank missions. Although these missions were simple, they helped Obito and Rin get used to the responsibilities of a ninja.

For Yuma, this period was incredibly productive. Thanks to his [Genius (Gold)] and [Uchiha (Purple)] entries, his Sharingan had evolved to three tomoe levels, shown as [Sharingan (Blue)] on the system panel.

He thought aloud: 'Blue represents the three tomoe. Purple must symbolise Mangekyō Sharingan. What about gold? That must be the Eternal Mangekyō. As for the red, it must correspond to Rinnegan. Beyond that, we will see how the system defines it.'

He stood up, interrupting his thoughts. His crimson Sharingan spun with three tomoe as he drew his ninja sword. As he swung his sword forwards, flames erupted from his sword.

[Uchiha Style: Bouncing Fire Sword]

A crescent-shaped wave of fire rose and roared, piercing the air. It travelled tens of metres before dissipating.

Yuma continued at an accelerating pace. His figure blurred as he moved within a fifty metre radius of the training ground.

When he finally stopped, he muttered to himself: 'Uchiha-style nin-taijutsu suits me best.'

This fighting style combined swordsmanship, Fire Style, genjutsu and Body Vibration Technique. With the system's [Genius] and [Child of Time and Space] entries, Yuma had almost perfected this style.

Flying Thunder God Scroll

Yuma took a scroll out of his pouch and opened it. A smile appeared on his face.

This was the scroll of the Flying Thunder God Technique that Minato had given to Yuma when he noticed Yuma's unusual reflexes.

'Minato-sensei really lives up to his reputation,' Yuma thought. 'Even though I'm an Uchiha, he's willing to teach me his signature technique without hesitation.'

Yuma had unlocked the basic form of the technique by studying the scroll in recent weeks.

[Flying Thunder God Technique Style (White)]: A space-time ninjutsu capable of basic coordinate movements.

Although he could now use the technique, it was not perfect. The transition felt slow and its execution lacked fluency.

'I need to improve this technique,' Yuma decided.

With 80 battle points available, he focused on the system interface.
