206 THE MARRIAGE
"Didn't Lilleo Gullee tell you I'm a slut?" she said softly, her breath warm against his cheek. "He's not entirely wrong." Then, without waiting for a response, she kissed him again.
Rabama pulled back slightly, his thoughts spinning. "Then… would you become my slut?..." he asked, his tone rude and unexpected.
"No," Siphonia said firmly, her gaze locking with his. "I wouldn't. I would gladly become your wife."
Rabama's heart swelled at her words, a rare and genuine smile breaking across his face. "That's… fantastic!" he exclaimed, his joy uncontainable.
Though Rabama had never been enthusiastic about arranged marriages, this unexpected turn of events with Siphonia filled him with a sense of excitement and hope he hadn't anticipated.
------
The marriage between Rabama and Siphonia took place in a modest ceremony, in keeping with Eoloth's traditions. Weddings here were private affairs, attended only by a few witnesses. The sole guest was Lilleo Gullee.
After the ceremony, as the evening deepened, it was time for Leo to bid farewell to Eoloth.
"I'll miss you, my good friend," Rabama said quietly as the two sat on the rooftop, looking out over the mines they had come to know so well.
"And I'll miss you too," Leo replied, lifting his cup. They drank together, a silent toast to friendship that had grown through trials and triumphs.
After a moment of comfortable silence, Leo brought up an unresolved matter. "So, about the Giga Codex. I have it with me now. Would you mind if I take some time to read it before returning it to you?"
Rabama leaned against the railing, considering. "You know, Gubana was obsessed with that damn book," he said, his tone tinged with bitterness. "It's like it cursed my family—keeping us tethered to this fucking place, unable to move forward. Now that it's gone, maybe Eoloth can finally breathe again."
"So… can I?" Leo pressed gently.
Rabama waved a hand dismissively. "Keep it for me. If I ever feel the need to read it, I'll come to you."
Leo nodded, a faint smile tugging at his lips. "Alright, I'll take the Giga Codex with me. If you want it back, just say the word."
Rabama's expression softened, a rare warmth in his gaze. "Thank you, Lilleo. For everything. And, you can keep the fucking porn. I've got enough of that stuff to last me here."
Leo smirked, raising an eyebrow. "Right. Happy wedding, Rabama. Now, shouldn't you be heading back for your… consummation ritual?"
Rabama let out a laugh and waved him off, descending from the rooftop with a light step. He made his way back to his chambers, where Siphonia was waiting for him, her presence a comforting promise of a new chapter in his life.

[Somewhere inside Eoloth fortress behind a waterfall]
"Release me now," Hanna demanded, her voice sharp despite the magical chains binding her to wall and the iron bed, rendering her powers useless. "You don't understand who you're dealing with."
Rabama smirked, standing at the edge of the room, his eyes glinting with amusement. "Oh, I understand perfectly," he replied. "The fucking Temple of Bitches or whatever you call yourselves."
Hanna's breath hitched in surprise, her composure faltering for a moment. "The mother will come for me," she retorted, though her voice lacked its earlier confidence.
Rabama chuckled darkly, shaking his head. "No, they won't. You're nothing more than a pawn of the Temple. They wouldn't dare risk a war with Eoloth to claim you. You are dispensable?"
"The mother will not leave me here", Hanna said defiantly.
"She already thinks you are dead. We announced to the world we executed the bitches from the Temple of Hera and burned their bodies", Rabama said.
Hanna's defiance wavered, replaced by a flicker of desperation.
"Please let me go," she pleaded, her tone softening. "You've have no use for me, you've gotten the Giga Codex."
Rabama stepped closer, his grin widening. "Oh, but I do," he said, his voice low and deliberate. "And for the thousandth time, I don't care about the stupid book. You're far more valuable to me than you realize."
He reached for her, his hands moved into her dress, but Hanna's resolve hardened as she tried to resist, though the magic chains made her struggle futile. He pushed his body into her and started loving her.
Surprisingly, she wasn't unreceptive at all.
"Ahhh", she cried and moaned loudly but the sound didn't escape the room. The room was soundproof.
Hanna was resigned to her situation.
She was abandoned by her temple and the only option for her was to make her stay here more comfortable. There was no need to suffer herself here since there was no way she could get out of Rabama's clutches.
When it was over, Rabama stood and adjusted his cloak, his expression unreadable.
"You can let me out of this place. I can become your loyal wife", Hanna told Rabama suddenly, her words softened.
"Like how loyal you were to my father? Besides, after my wedding, I can't have my beautiful wife share my bed with you, her mother-in-law. That would be disgusting," Rabama told her with a vicious grin.
Hanna's betrayal of him hurt him badly and this was his revenge.
"Bastard, I'll kill you," Hanna screamed at him.
Without another word, he turned and strode out of the chamber, disappearing through the waterfall that served as both a barrier and a symbol of Hanna's captivity.
The room was soundproof, and fortified like a cell designed with deliberate purpose, ensuring that what inside remained hidden and hidden there forever.

[In the Temple of Assassin]
A woman stepped into the dark chamber, her presence barely stirring the oppressive silence. The air was thick, and though the room seemed still, a faint, haunting sound lingered—distant cries, desperate and pained.
They were the echoes of lives torn apart by those who convened here. She heard them clearly, as if they were a melody crafted just for her ears, a symphony she knew too well. She was herself one of the architect of such despair.
"What brings the Temple of Hera to Sodom City?" asked the Deacon of Death, his voice smooth but devoid of warmth.
