CHAPTER 8 - Yes, I only belong to Dave.

Nora was shocked and happy that Dave chose her. She made a great effort and he will be hers. She giggled, then decided to knock.

*Knock *knock

"Grandfather, this is Nora. May I come in." She asked

"Come in, my baby girl," Grandpa Trump answered excitedly.

Nora entered pretending she didn't hear their conversation. She smiled and went to hug Grandpa Trump.

"Grandfather, I will be leaving for my home soon. I came here to say goodbye."

"Ooh, Alright. You must come and see me." Grandpa Trump answered happily. This is his future grandson's wife.

Nora giggled, "Sure, Grandfather. I will come often. Take care." She pecked Grandfather Trump and stood up to leave.

She decided to ignore Dave. As she passed by Dave, she heard. "Goodbye Nora." Nora was stopped shockingly, she looked at him. She couldn't believe this cold man greeted her goodbye.

She also heard "Take care. We will talk later" from him.

She nodded. "I will be expecting your call." She said and left hurriedly and joyfully. Her eyes were slightly opened with tears full of happiness; Her cheeks were puffed out making her look so cute.

Dave chuckled as she left. He thought, "So childish."

Grandpa Trump stared at him. He said, "If you treat Norabadlyd, I will cripple you."

Dave chuckled and said, "Your built company will go down with me."

Grandpa Trump eyed him. Before he realized what Dave meant. Dave had already left. He heard a bang on the door and shouted, "Don't you dare."

Dave meant he should choose between Nora and his hard-earned built Company. How come? His company is his life. This isn't about selfishness, it is about his sufferings. He suffered to get his company to a higher and stronger stage, so why would it go down just because of someone? He harrumphed annoyingly.

When Nora got home excitedly, She called Ruby and Rose out."You two should come out and hear what I recorded." Ruby ran out of her room hastily; she loved to hear gists while Rose also came out of her room. She walked towards Nora and snorted angrily, "Play it, let's hear."

Nora played the recording; it was the conversation between Dave and Grandpa Trump. It was about whether he was going to marry her or not.

Rose and Ruby were shocked. Ruby shouted excitedly, "You finally got him." She clapped her hands.

Rose sneered, "He said she is mine as if you belong to him."

Nora answered childishly, " Yes, I belong to only Dave."

Rose sneered and rolled her eyes.

"Big Nora, you are getting married." Ruby jumped happily.

"He hasn't even asked her out." Rose sneered.

"He will soon." Nora eyed Rose angrily.

"Yes… Yes, Be patient." Rose gaped mockingly.

"I will. I have been. I will always be." Nora's eyes Rose angrily. She stomped her feet and left, walking towards her room. "You just like annoying me." She closed her room door with a bang.

Ruby looked at her sister and said annoyingly, "Sis, since Dave said he would marry her. Accept it. It is her choice and dream. You are her best friend. Support and encourage her." She left for her room, thinking of how she would start Nora's Love story mhmm.

Rose was left alone in the sitting room. She rubbed her eyebrow, looking at Nora's room, and sighed heavily. She shook her head with sympathy. Thoughtfully she said, "Nora, I'm doing it for your good. You don't know who this Dave is. A carefree girl entering into fire directly, you haven't even tasted the hotness of the frypan. Nora, will you be able to cope and survive?"
