Pan looked at the corridor, which lead to the World Dungeon. He knew that this place had such horrors, that he could die just thinking of them.
And yet, he did not say a word. He stood firm, a hand over Lexus' bark, as Brandon tried to stare into his eyes so, as if that would have changed a thing.
"Please," Brandon said. A word he had been repeating for the last two hours.
"No. I have a better plan," Pan said, taking a cherry from Lexus' heavy branches and eating it. Enjoying the juice, how nice and crunchy the cherry was. "The adventurers are going to deal with this."
"The… adventurers?" Brandon asked. They were now their natural enemy. Why would they try to help them?
