Pan watched through his crystal, and the eyes of the ants, as the adventurers ran deeper and deeper. Passing through the Garden of Plenty, with its fireflies and rich fruit trees, and finding the door.
Thor was the one to break it down, and Pan figured that the man was the Guild Master.
The ants did not let him go first.
Following Pan's command. They marched inside, their eyes more accustomed to the dark than any dwarf's or elves', much less human.
Not knowing that the real enemy was already in the bottomless bag.

He heard the voice of his mother. The mother who had let him become a wendigo. For a second, the cherry nymph thought about the Forest Demon who had promised him protection.
And then he blinked. Oh, what protection could the Forest Demon possibly offer him? The World Dungeon had a Fire Giant.
