(Inside Doctor Zein's Room)
Doctor Zelena continued to gaze at Doctor Zein, and Doctor Zein, in turn, held her stare. The atmosphere in the room seemed to cool by several degrees.
"Tell me, Doctor Zein, are you the one?" Doctor Zelena asked, her eyes never wavering.
Doctor Zein heard the question but remained silent, only raising one eyebrow in response.
"Okohara Narumi!" Doctor Zelena said again.
A flicker of surprise crossed Doctor Zein's face at the mention of the name.
"So it's true," Doctor Zelena continued, exhaling slowly. Although Doctor Zein remained mute, Doctor Zelena was certain that he was the one responsible for the death of her teacher ten years ago.
"He was my mentor," Doctor Zelena murmured, unable to stop the tears from streaming down her face. She still remembered her teacher's final words with vivid clarity, the voice growing faint as the end drew near.
"Zelena… The one who harmed me is too powerful. I cannot do anything against him. I only managed to injure his left ear with my technique. You must find him. He is a handsome youth, with striking green eyes. He looks unlike anyone of Asian descent. You must train diligently from now on. Learn the technique I pass down to you!" The last words of Okohara Narumi echoed in Zelena's mind, as if spoken just yesterday.
It was then that Doctor Zelena swore, vowing vengeance against the one who had taken her mentor's life.
Doctor Zein now understood the bond between teacher and student. After a moment, he spoke.
"Do you wish to take revenge?" Doctor Zein asked abruptly.
"Yes!" Doctor Zelena exclaimed, and her words startled both Zara and Heendon, who stood nearby.
"Miss Zelena, please don't act impulsively," Heendon urged, stepping forward and standing to Doctor Zein's left.
"Zelena, please... no!!" Zara cried in distress, positioning herself to Doctor Zein's right.
"Forgive me, Zara, forgive me, Mrs. Heendon," Doctor Zelena said, preparing herself, sinking into the poised stance of a ninja.
With one foot forward, her head bowed, her right hand above the left, positioned near her waist, and her hijab now undone, her long, dark hair cascading down her back, she was a vision of deadly grace.
"Miss, I'm sorry, but I must stop you!" Heendon declared, ready to block Zelena's attack.
"Zelena, please forgive me, I will protect Zein," Zara said, also preparing herself, mimicking the stance.
And then...
Whoosh...
With lightning speed, Doctor Zelena lunged at Doctor Zein. She drew a thin wire, concealed just at her waist, intending to strike. Heendon and Zara were already in motion, determined to intercept her.
In the instant the wire neared him, Doctor Zein kicked both Zara and Heendon aside, sending them sprawling in opposite directions. There was no time to avoid what was coming.
Thud...
The wire struck with deadly precision, plunging directly into Doctor Zein's chest. Doctor Zelena gasped in shock, having expected him to retaliate. But he simply stood still, smiling weakly.
"You have avenged your mentor," Doctor Zein whispered, his voice gentle, before collapsing to the floor, blood flowing freely from the wound, pooling around him.
"Zein...!!!" Zara cried in utter panic, rushing to his side.
"No... Filzev... No!!" Heendon shouted, also running toward him.
Doctor Zelena sank to her knees, tears flowing freely, her hands trembling as she clutched the wire that had just delivered such a grievous blow.
'Master... I've avenged your death. And now... I've hurt the one I love,' she thought bitterly, tears staining her face.
"No... Wake up, come on, wake up!!! Filzev, wake up!!!" Heendon cried, desperately attempting to stem the flow of blood from the wound, trying to bind his chest.

(In the Pharmacy Department)
"Aahhh!!!" Melati's sudden scream pierced the quiet of the pharmacy.
Startled, her colleagues, Riska and Dini, who were working nearby, looked at her in shock.
"Mel... what's wrong?!" Riska asked, her voice filled with concern.
"Are you okay, Mel?" Dini inquired, rushing over with a glass of water.
"It's nothing, nothing at all. I'm sorry, I just lost my focus," Melati replied, taking the glass of water from Dini and drinking it down.
"You really shouldn't startle us like that, Mel..." Riska said, shaking her head in mild exasperation.
"Sorry, Mba Riska, I'm really sorry…" Melati apologized, quickly returning to her work. Her colleagues shrugged it off, assuming it was nothing more than a passing distraction.
'Why did I suddenly think of Doctor Zein? I wonder if he's all right?' Melati wondered, her heart inexplicably heavy with concern.

(In the Police Car)
'I've been gathering data on all the medical personnel at hospitals in this city for days now. I've checked all the public and private hospitals, but there are no suspicious signs. Only one hospital remains unexamined, and it's quite a distance away. I hope to find something there. Derisa Hospital, was it? Very well, let's see,' Captain Lenny thought to herself, her determination unwavering as she sped toward her destination.
(Forty minutes later)
'Seems like this private hospital really is one of the best in the city,' Captain Lenny thought, admiring the impressive and luxurious building, which stood out even among other private hospitals.
The security guard, Mr. Mulyono, aged 40, immediately saluted Captain Lenny when he saw her in her police uniform and prepared to enter the premises.
"Good afternoon, Ma'am. How may I assist you?" Mr. Mulyono asked courteously.
Captain Lenny nodded and replied, "I'd like to speak with the director or someone in charge here. Would that be possible?"
"Of course, Ma'am. Please wait a moment," Mr. Mulyono said, going inside the security room to call Mr. Widodo, the director's office.
Mr. Widodo welcomed Captain Lenny and promptly requested that Mr. Mulyono escort her to his office.
After a brief moment, Mr. Mulyono returned, leading Captain Lenny toward the fifth floor, where Mr. Widodo's office was located.
Although Mr. Mulyono offered to take her by lift, Captain Lenny politely declined, preferring to take the stairs so she could observe the hospital's interior. As she ascended, she marveled at the beauty of the building.
'Remarkable... This hospital is exquisite, blending luxury with the practicality of a medical facility,' Captain Lenny thought as her eyes wandered from side to side.
After taking in the view, Captain Lenny realized she had reached the fifth floor. Along the white-tiled corridor, a figure stood outside the director's office, waiting to greet her. It was none other than Mr. Widodo, who appeared as though he were expecting an important guest.
"Good afternoon, Ma'am," Mr. Widodo said with a polite bow, acknowledging Captain Lenny. He gestured for her to follow him inside the office.
As they entered, Captain Lenny was impressed by Mr. Widodo's graciousness, which contrasted with the more formal reception she had received elsewhere.
"Let's get to it, Mr. Widodo," Captain Lenny began, after glancing at the name tag on his shirt. "I'm Captain Lenny Liezandro, Special Captain for Criminal Cases. You may call me Ma'am Lenny."
"I assume you've heard about the murder that occurred at Mr. Dony Arjito's residence? Based on our observations and analysis from the forensics team, we suspect the perpetrator may be a member of your medical staff," she continued, her voice steady and authoritative8
