Elisabeth—Arc Noyadarma's little sister.
In the original story, she was accused of killing tons of people. She couldn't stand anyone being prettier than her and would abduct beautiful girls, lock them up, kill them, and bathe in their blood. She even made torture devices. That's how she was in the anime, anyway.
In this reality, she was on the same path—spoiled, selfish, nastier than our parents. She whipped servants for fun, hated studying, and was too clueless to realize hurting people was wrong. Until Arc slapped her, she never understood the pain she caused.
Now she's ashamed of who she used to be. If she'd kept going, she would've turned into a truly horrible person. And ironically, she'd have suffered the most because nobody wants to be around someone that awful. Fear and threats never bring real happiness. What Elisabeth actually wanted wasn't blood or power—it was connection.
Now she loves working side by side with farmers, laughing with the servants, learning new skills, and keeping herself in shape.
These are all things she never would've experienced if Arc hadn't "trained" her. She's thankful to him in her own way.
She attends noble gatherings now, and plenty of guys flirt with her—but she doesn't care. She sees them as rich kids who never struggled. Even if they look good, that's not enough for her anymore. Back then, she'd have been head over heels for a pretty face, but Arc changed her perspective.
"All your fault, Brother," she mumbles just loud enough for herself, glancing at Arc. "You'd better take responsibility."

People call Arc and Elisabeth the "Wicked Siblings."
In the middle of the anime, they show up as a villainous duo, enemies of the heroes. Elisabeth first appears when Arc faces off against the main character for the second time. It's one of those famously grim scenes.
Right after the story begins, a group called the Dark Hand invades their territory. Arc and Elisabeth lead an army against the heroes, but by then, the Dark Hand has transformed them into chimeras. They share one horrific body, like a Cerberus with three heads: Arc, Elisabeth, and a dog. Plus, they have a self-healing magic installed in their bodies, so they can't die no matter how much they want to. It's grotesque.
They end up hideously disfigured, traumatizing the protagonists before meeting an unspeakably tragic end.
Some fans, though, loved Elisabeth as a sort of cult favorite. People found that if you used AI to slim down her face, she was absolutely gorgeous. That inspired a wave of fanfics called "Turns Out Elisabeth Is Gorgeous When She Slims Down." Funnily enough, Arc has basically made that happen in this world by forcing her to slim down.

I decided to walk around town for the first time in ages. Out of nowhere, a kid with a knife jumped me. She slashed through my soldiers before they finally pinned her down. Ridiculous.
"It's your fault! You and your family killed my parents! You took everything from us! It's all because of you!" she yelled.
What an idiot. I'm a count, you know. Attacking me is just dumb.
Your lack of power isn't my problem.
"Don't get it twisted, kid. That's just how unfair this world is. If you're mad, blame the system," I said.
Hating the system won't fix anything, though. A guy like me, born into privilege, is basically a winner from day one. She's just an unlucky loser.
Do I feel sorry for her? Not a chance. I decided long ago to look out for myself first.
Other people's misery? Not my business.
"Die, you jerk!" she screamed.
"Hah! If words could kill, I'd have died a thousand times by now," I shot back.
"Shut up! God will punish you!"
"God? Please. You're gonna pray for some god to strike me down? That's one violent deity," I said, pressing my foot on her head.
"If God is real, they're clearly playing favorites, considering they gave me every advantage," I sneered.
"You...!"
"Listen up, brat. You can bark all you want, but mind your place. Your precious god might wipe you out on a whim, for all you know."
Being an evil lord is amazing.
"Then kill me! I'm ready!" she hissed.
"Heh. I'm not a merciful god. I won't kill you," I said. "No, I'll make you work for me until you drop. For the rest of your miserable life."
Imagine slaving away for the person you hate most. That's torture enough.
Heh heh heh.
I'm not particularly into making people suffer. But if a noble gets disrespected and does nothing, everyone else will laugh at him. I have to keep up appearances. This girl's just an example.
I'll keep her under my heel until the day she dies.
Long live being a wicked noble!

The kid's name is Camilla, and she's about my age—eight or so. I've sentenced her to serve me forever.
I made sure everyone saw me boss her around. No matter how much she hates me, I'm still the count. She can't do a thing.
At first, it was kind of fun seeing her glare and pout. But after a while, she just started following orders without complaining. She even got really good at her tasks. So good that I barely had anything to nag about.
That's not much of a show, is it? Oh well. She probably still curses me in her head. I'll just keep her around forever.
After all, I'm an evil noble.
Bwahaha!
