An Orchestrated Coincidence.

His eyes widened at the screen, unable to yell because he was outdoors so he wouldn't be considered a psychopath.

[QUEST: KISS LENA SAETELL]

[STATUS: NOT ACCOMPLISHED]

[CHECK REWARDS]

[CURRENT QUEST WOULD EXPIRE AFTER 24 HOURS]

Was it him, or was there something terribly wrong with the system? The last time he checked, he didn't remember it being a Smut System: a system that involved the player in doing really naughty challenges.

This was a power growth system with a shared desire for revenge, but what was this sudden quest all about, to kiss the queen of Wisteria?

Why?!

Everyone knew that the Lena was dating Reyy, the king. And since the system was able to sync with his memory, he had expected it to know that too. Why then...?

"Wait..." Michael paused. "Is this a plan for revenge against King?"

The odds could be right, maybe the system was only trying to earn king's wrath by making him kiss Lena. And it seemed like a full proof way to earn the attention of the hierarchy, making his revenge more easy to carry out.

"But still..." Michael flexed his chin looking up at his system. "I can't just kiss the school's queen, that's irrational."

[CHECK REWARDS]

The reward bar glowed more fiercely than the others, as if trying to say, 'You won't have a choice once you check me.'

Michael accepted that invitation. "Check rewards."

Another screen appeared.

[REWARDS FOR QUEST COMPLETION]

[SPECIAL SKILL: ASSASSIN'S BUILDUP]

[RANK: A]

[SKILL RANK CAN BE LEVELED UP OVERTIME.]

An A-rank skill? Assassin's buildup? That was just what he had been looking for, an advantage that could help him in his fight against Griffith.

"This is a tempting offer." Michael surmised. His only plan had been to purchase more weapons that could work against the samurai, but what were the use of weapons if there was no stats enough to handle them?

With the assassin's buildup, Michael had the chance to potentially multiply his stats, increasing by alot. And with all these and an aura manipulation talent to backup, he had a winning chance against Griffith.

Tempting indeed.

And only a few hours left to make his decision... To kiss Lena or die sparing against the samurai.

MATHERS' CREEF_ 9:45PM_

[TIME LEFT UNTIL DAILY TRAINING PROGRAM, 2:05:46]

The shuttle cab revved to a stop at the cave entry of the Mathers Creef, smoke chugging excessively from its exhaust. Michael alighted off, dusting his suit coat like he had done one too many times.

He made towards the entrance, where two burly guards stood, gesturing at him for a card. Michael flipped out an invitation card from his chest pocket and handed it to one of them.

The guard studied the card for a short while before handing it back to him.

"Welcome to Mathers'. " He greeted, the gates creaking as they opened up for Michael's passage.

The Creef was a loud house, its loud music occupying the air, almost deafening him. Students from all different academies had gathered here, all dancing, drinking and others taking a swim.

Michael realized that this was no sophisticated gathering, but sadly the others had realized before he did.

"Who is this dude, and why is he dressed like that?" A guy asked as he passed.

"He looks more like he wanted to go to work but Google map misled him." The girl beside him replied.

Michael sighed with embarrassment, he had been too busy trying to look good for the kiss that he forgot to consider whether it was going to be a loud party or not.

Maybe I should just go back?

"Hey, Michael!" He wanted to turn back when a girl yelled his name from admist the crowd.

It was Lena's cohort, she was dressed in a simple red dress, one short and tight enough to reveal her large tits in complete curves.

"You came!" She said excitedly.

"Yeah, I did." Michael could manage, his subconsciousness rather focused on her milkers.

"Come on, let's go meet the others." She took his hand and drove past the crowd until they stopped at a lounge. At the entrance of the lounge was a notice board, it had on the inscription "VIP ONLY" and beside it stood a pale looking guard.

"He's with me." The girl said to the guard who groaned, raised a suspicious eye at Michael and eventually paved way for them.

As they neared into the VIP lounge, Micheal met some familiar faces. There was Ren and Elvis, the Ace and Jack of Wisteria, a few A and B-rank students that were popular in the school and some other faces he had never seen before, probably VIP students that weren't from Wisteria High.

"Hey guys! Meet my newest friend, Michael."

Friend? For some reason Michael wanted to disagree with that claim.

And for some other reason, the place became silent, everyone's gaze suddenly piercing into his. Michael understood this sudden mannerism, to them he was a cripple after all, and even a cheap win against Steven couldn't change their perception of him in their minds.

"Asher, you didn't go around again calling anyone your friend, did you?" Michael's brain clicked on Elvis's question.

Asher... So that is her name.

"What are you talking about Elvis, I invited him here." Asher walked towards the Jack and took a seat beside him. Michael also sat, but it was rather a seat farther away from the group.

"He sure has some guts to be here." He even heard someone say, smirking at him.

"Anyways where is Lena?" Asher asked, looking around for the Queen.

"Reyy came here and stole her away from our discussion." Elvis sighed. "My guess is that they are at the pavilion."

"Oh... I have an idea, how about we play truth or dare?!" Asher suggested.

"I don't know, Asher." Ren sighed and took a sip from his plastic cup. "Does your friend know how to play the game?"

"Stop embarrassing him Ace! Of course he does know how to play it–" She turned to face Michael. "You do, right?"

"Tell that to his suit dress." Another person said, causing an eruption of laughter amongst them.

Michael couldn't believe he was allowing himself to be bullied this way. He had struggled and struggled to leave an impression that he was past his weak state but he still couldn't help but feel a little timid and intimated by the people around him.

No.. He had to get back to his senses. He was here on a mission after all, a mission that could decide whether or not he survives tonight. It was not the time to chicken out.

Forget the unmatching dress okay?! He screamed inwardly at himself.

"Hit me with the conditions." Michael interrupted the moment, his gaze piercing back into Ren's.

"It's simple." Ren said, dropping his cup. "You can't opt out of a question or challenge, but incase you do then you'll have to take a shot each of our four strongest liquor."

That's it? No blood-seeking conditions? It could have been true that he did not drink liquor, but Michael was definitely up to this challenge.

"Alright." He said with a nod. "I'm game."
