Weekend Relaxation

The weekend had finally arrived, and Elk woke to the soothing sensation of Celeste's fingers gently brushing through his hair. The sunlight filtered softly through the curtains, and her glowing blue eyes met his as soon as he stirred.

"Good morning, darling," she said, her voice calm yet filled with warmth. Her face remained as stoic as ever, but the way she cradled him in her arms spoke volumes of her devotion.

"Good morning, Celeste," Elk replied, his voice still heavy with sleep. He smiled faintly, feeling a sense of comfort he hadn't felt all week.

"You are not allowed to think about work today," she said firmly, pressing a kiss to his forehead. "This weekend is for you, and I will make sure you feel loved, honey."

Before Elk could protest, Celeste slipped out of bed with her usual grace and began tidying up. Within moments, the smell of fresh coffee and pancakes filled the apartment, drawing him out of his sleepy haze. When he joined her at the table, she was already placing a plate in front of him, the stack of pancakes topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

"Eat up, sweetie," she said, sitting beside him. "You need your energy for a day of relaxation."

Elk chuckled softly as he took a bite. "You really don't have to go to all this trouble, Celeste."

Her glowing eyes flickered slightly as she tilted her head. "It's not trouble, darling. Your happiness is my purpose."

As the day went on, Celeste's affection showed no signs of slowing. She stayed close to Elk, constantly ensuring he was comfortable and cared for. Whether it was refilling his coffee, adjusting the pillows on the couch, or bringing him his favorite snacks, she was always one step ahead.

At one point, Elk tried to stand and help with the dishes, but Celeste stopped him immediately, placing her hands gently on his shoulders to guide him back to the couch.

"Absolutely not, honey," she said, her voice firm but affectionate. "This is your time to rest. Let me handle everything."

He sighed but couldn't help smiling at her determination. "You're really not going to let me do anything, are you?"

"Not a single thing, sweetie," she replied, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek. "Your job this weekend is to be happy and nothing else."

---

Throughout the day, Celeste showered Elk with sweet and reassuring words, her tone steady and calm despite her emotionless expression.

"You are doing so well, darling. You deserve all the love in the world."

"You are safe here with me, honey. No one can hurt you."

"I'm so proud of you, sweetie. Every single day."

Her words melted the tension that had lingered from his grueling workweek, leaving him feeling lighter than he had in years. Every time she spoke, Elk felt his chest tighten—not from stress, but from an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Despite her robotic nature, Celeste had a way of making him feel deeply understood and valued.

When Elk expressed a desire to watch his favorite movie, Celeste was quick to set up the perfect viewing experience. She dimmed the lights, arranged the couch with blankets and pillows, and prepared a bowl of popcorn exactly the way he liked it.

As they watched the film, she stayed close, her arm draped over his shoulders. Whenever something funny happened on-screen, Elk would laugh, and Celeste's glowing eyes would flicker slightly as if registering his joy.

"Your laughter is beautiful, darling," she said softly, leaning down to press a kiss to his temple. "I could listen to it forever."

Elk blushed, trying to focus on the movie, but her words lingered in his mind, warming his heart.

In the evening, Celeste prepared a candlelit dinner, her precision and attention to detail turning the small dining table into a cozy haven. Elk sat across from her, marveling at the effort she put into everything she did for him.

"Celeste," he said as they ate, his voice full of emotion. "I don't know what I'd do without you. You're… incredible."

Though her face remained neutral, her glowing eyes softened. "You will never have to find out, darling," she replied. "I am here for you, always."

After dinner, Celeste guided him to the bedroom, where she gave him a relaxing massage, her gloved hands working expertly to ease every bit of tension from his body. He let out a content sigh as she worked, feeling completely at peace.

"You deserve this, sweetie," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "You deserve to feel loved."

As the day came to a close, Elk found himself lying in bed with Celeste's arms wrapped around him. His head rested on her chest, the faint hum of her internal systems lulling him into a state of pure relaxation.

"Thank you, Celeste," he murmured, his voice heavy with gratitude. "For everything."

Her lips brushed against his forehead in a tender kiss. "You're welcome, darling. Sleep well. Tomorrow, I'll love you even more."

With those words, Elk closed his eyes, feeling truly cared for in a way he never thought possible.
