CHAPTER 6 - Greece

[Hestia]

Greg left my room, and I immediately entered my bathroom to freshen up. I took a quick shower, entered my walk-in closet. I put some light makeup on, then look for something casual to wear. As im rummaging through my closet, I realize that I need to go shopping.

I put on some oversize blue sweater tucked in a short high waisted denim skirt. I put on some white shoes, then hurriedly left my room.

I immediately walk towards my father's office and damn my room and my father's office are so far. I guess I kinda forgot how to live in a palace. I sigh as I keep walking to my father's office. After a few minutes, I've arrived outside my father's office. I gently knock on the door, then Greg opens the door, I entered his office and as I enter, I saw Eleanor sitting in front of my father's table.

"Father I am here."

I announced myself, then I turn to face Eleanor.

"And it's good to see you again Princess Eleanor."

I gently bowed at her, and Eleanor just chuckles.

"Please just call me Eleanor, and it's also good to see you Katana,"

Eleanor replied, with a huge smile on her face.

"Father you wanna talk to me??"

I said, turning my attention to my father.

"Yes, Katana. You're here because I want to discuss something important to you."

My father said, then gesturing, for me to take a seat in front of his desk, beside Eleanor.

"I want you to learn to be a princess again."

My father said.

My eyes immediately went wide.

"Are you sending me to a school, Father??? Plus I can still remember what they taught me 11 years ago."

I said.

"That's the problem Katana. That was 11 years ago. Things change, from parliament, rules, and politics. I want you to learn again so you can be the best Queen ever known in this country."

My father said.

"But-"

Before even I can my sentence, my father cut me off.

"And to answer your question, No. I'm not sending you to any school, because Eleanor will be the one teaching you."

My father added.

I immediately looked at Eleanor, who isn't slightly surprised by what my father said.

"Eleanor learned from the best and now, she's a prominent Princess. And I want you to learn from her."

My father added.

I took a deep breath. This is it, this is the decision that I chose.

"Ok, father,"

I replied, politely.

"But can our lesson start tomorrow??"

I said, then show my father the puppy eyes I could muster.

My father laughs.

"Sure Katana. You can start tomorrow."

My father replied.

"YEY!!"

I squeal, jump out of my chair, and immediately bound to my father and hugged her tightly.

My father just chuckle.

Then Eleanor and I left his office.

Then I stare at Eleanor, with a mischievous grin.

"Why are you looking at me like that??"

Eleanor asks, raising one eyebrow.

"Because today, you're accompanying me to go shopping!!!"

I said, enthusiastically.

Eleanor laughed, and gently ruffled my hair. I immediately pouted as I felt like a child.

Eleanor laugh, as she saw me pouting.

"Come on Eleanor, let's go shopping."

I said, tugging her hand towards the exit.

"What about our security??"

Eleanor asks. Protesting a little.

"Don't worry, Greg already told them that we're going out, so they're ready and waiting for us to go."

I said, still dragging her towards the door.

From the corner of my eye, I can see Eleanor, just shook her head and let me drag her out.

I just met Eleanor yesterday I already feel at ease with her. With her presence alone it feels like peace and safety.

We got out of my house and there was a black montero car waiting for us. One of the security personnel opened the car door, we smiled gratefully at the security and entered the car. The security closed the door and I politely instructed the driver.

"Attica City Link please."

The driver nods and started driving.

Eleanor and I would talk to each other about ourselves, as we travel.

After a few minutes of driving, we have arrived at Attica City link, one of our security personnel opened the car door for us. Then as we got out, Eleanor's phone immediately rang. Eleanor immediately answered her phone, and I started walking inside the building. My security started scattering inside the mall, as I enter, and some people are looking at me curiously. I immediately started walking towards my favorite boutique. Louis Vuitton.

I was about to enter the boutique when one male staff, stopped me.

"Uhmmm, excuse me, where do you think you're going??"

The male staff asks, then looks at me up and down, scanning my outfit.

"Uhmmm... Inside. So I can shop."

I replied, politely.

One of my guards was about to step in when I gently gesture, to stop him.

The male clerk laugh at me,

"You?? Shop here?? You must be joking. You're not that important enough to shop here."

Then the male staff continues laughing.

"Hey, George come here!!"

He calls another male staff.

"This lady wants to shop here."

He said, amusingly.

I gently clenched my fist, as the two of them laugh.

"Ohhh, honey. I don't even think you can afford to buy here."

The male staff mocked me.

I was about to say anything when I heard Eleanor, speaks behind me.

"Hey Katana is everything alright."

Eleanor asks, walking towards me.

Then I can see that the two male staff recognized Eleanor and bowed as a courtesy.

Eleanor just ignored, and focus her attention on me.

I relaxed and replied,

"Yeah, I was about to shop here, but they said im not important enough to go inside, and can't afford the item inside. So let's just go to another boutique."

I said gently tugging her harm.

Eleanor looked at the two male staff and speak.

"You don't know who she is??"

Eleanor asks.

The two male staff shook their heads, lost for words as Eleanor looks at them sternly.

"It's ok Eleanor, I've been out of the spotlight, for 11 years, that's why most people don't know me."

I reasoned to Eleanor.

Then one of the male staff, speaks.

"Uhmmm... May I ask who you are??"

He said, looking embarrassed.

I politely smiled at him and introduce myself.

"I'm Princess Hestia Katana Astaril, heir to the throne of the house Astaril."

I said.

Their eyes immediately went wide, as I introduced myself.

"Come on, Eleanor. Let's go and check another store."

I said, tugging her arms.

"No, please. Your Highness, our sincere apologies. Please come in."

George said.

I gently shook my head and smiled at them.

"No thank you. I can't afford there anyway."

I replied, then gently tugged Eleanor's arms away from the shop.

As we were walking away, Eleanor started laughing, and I also laughed as well.

"Have you seen how mortified they look, as you introduce yourself to them??"

Eleanor said.

"Yeah, it was so funny."

I replied, still laughing.

Eleanor and I entered, Prada and started, and I started shopping.

I bought some new dresses and shoes. Then I also bought some new bags and jewelry. Some of my security personnel carried my shopping bags. I'm done shopping and now Eleanor and I are at Lux's cafe and restaurant, grabbing something to eat.

Eleanor and I ordered coffee and dessert. Our food arrived at the table and the both of us started eating.

Then Eleanor looks at me seriously.

"What??"

I look at her, quizzically.

"So you've finally moved on??"

Eleanor asks.

I took a deep breath and replied.

"Not yet, but I have to move on. This is the path I've chosen. I chose to leave her, without saying anything. I know she's already happy with Agnes, and im happy for her, even though it breaks my heart."

I replied, fighting back my tears.

"Why didn't you stay and fight for your relationship??"

Eleanor asks.

"She is the love of my life, but im, not hers. So what's the point of fighting for our relationship?? I don't want her to suffer and be tied up with me when she can be with the love of her life."

I added, as I gently toy with my food.

"Plus, I'm scared to face her."

I also added.

"She should be scared to face you! After everything she has done."

Eleanor replied, coldly.

"I'm scared of the pain, im scared that the pain would intensify if I face her because I don't think my heart could handle it."

I replied, and finally, a tear fell from my eye.

"So all I can do now is move on, and be happy for her."

I added.

Eleanor didn't answer, continued eating our desserts then we changed our topic. I spent the whole day hanging out with Eleanor, and it was fun. And now im about to sleep because tomorrow is the beginning of my royal lessons with Eleanor.
