Jinho sat at his desk, furiously typing away as he worked to demolish all the online hate directed at his two legendary bros, Jinwoo and Po. He had spreadsheets, data logs, and even pre-written responses ready to clap back at any trolls who dared insult them.
"Po and Jinwoo are frauds?" Oh, please. He smirked, adjusting his glasses. Time to bury this guy.
Suddenly—
"Thanks for the hard work, Jinho."
Jinho screamed.
Spinning around, he saw Jinwoo and Po standing there, their hair wet, clothes soaked, and water dripping onto the office floor. They looked like they had just walked out of a typhoon.
Jinwoo casually dropped a heavy bag onto the desk, the dull clinks of Mana Crystals filling the room.
Jinho clutched his chest. "G-Goddammit, hyungs! Give a guy some warning!"
Jinwoo ignored his outburst, gesturing at their drenched state. "We were in a Dungeon. That should explain things."
Jinho peeked into the bag, his eyes widening. "This… This is more than enough to pay our employees!"
"Employees?" Jinwoo raised an eyebrow. "Since when do we have employees?"
Jinho puffed his chest. "We got an extra member recently, but that doesn't matter right now! What does matter is…" He fixed them both with an intense stare. "We need a Guild name."
Po grinned. "Oh yeah! We had a few ideas."
Jinwoo nodded. "I was thinking… Duo Dungeon Crush Gang."
Silence.
Jinho's eye twitched. "…You're kidding."
Jinwoo tilted his head. "Why? You didn't say no earlier."
A sudden knock at the door saved Jinho from losing his mind. Sighing, he went to open it.
Cha Hae-In stood there.
Po smirked. "What brings you here, girlfriend?~"
Cha's face flushed red. "Wh—!?"
Po chuckled. "Kidding, kidding… unless?"
She shook her head, regaining composure. "I'm here to join your Guild."
Jinwoo blinked. "Did Go Gunhee put you up to this? Or did Choi Jong-In kick you out or something?"
Cha frowned, confused. "No."
Jinwoo leaned forward. "Then why do you want to join the Duo Dungeon Crush Gang?"
Cha went still. "…Is that the name of your Guild?"
Jinwoo nodded. "Yeah, is that a problem?"
Jinho groaned. "I never said yes to that!"
Po burst into laughter. "Alright, alright, we gotta come up with something better. Cha, we might task you with naming us, but first…" He grinned. "Let's see if you're worthy of joining."
Cha's blush deepened. Being so close to Po… could they already be going on a date?!
Shaking off her thoughts, she asked, "What kind of test?"
Po chuckled. "Simple. Defeat one of Jinwoo's strongest Shadows."
Jinwoo nodded, placing a hand on Po's shoulder while Po pulled Hae-In into his chest.
Cha almost fainted from the close contact, taking a deep breath to savor his scent.
In a flash of light and energy, they teleported to the Hunter Association's gym.
Cha Hae-In vs Igris
Cha grabbed a sword from the storage room, her confidence returning.
"I'm ready."
Jinwoo smirked. "Alright. This is my best Swordsman—Igris."
With a wave of his hand, Igris emerged.
Clad in his crimson armor, the Knight of Shadows radiated an overwhelming presence. But what caught Cha's attention was the massive longsword in his grip.
Jinwoo had given him Baran's sword, which came with a +350 DMG buff and an AOE ability called Storm of White Flames.
Cha steeled herself.
Po grinned. "You win if you defeat him. Or you lose if he destroys you first."
Igris raised his sword in a knight's salute.
The battle began.
CLANG!
Igris lunged forward with inhuman speed, bringing his sword down in a devastating arc.
Cha barely managed to parry, the impact shaking her entire body.
He's fast!
Before she could react, Igris followed up with a spinning slash, forcing her to retreat.
But she refused to back down.
Her golden aura flared, her sword glowing as she counterattacked.
Slash! Slash! Slash!
She struck at Igris with precise, deadly movements.
But he blocked every single one.
Their blades clashed, sparks flying as each exchanged attack grew more intense.
Then—
Igris activated Storm of White Flames.
A massive tornado of fire erupted around him, engulfing the entire battlefield.
Cha gritted her teeth.
Instead of retreating, she charged straight through the flames.
The heat seared her skin, but she endured it.
She slid underneath Igris's guard—
And delivered a devastating upward slash.
SHLIIING!
Igris's helmet split in two.
His body staggered—then collapsed into black mist.
Silence.
Jinwoo raised an eyebrow. "Well, damn."
Po whistled. "That was hot."
Cha panted, her face flushed from adrenaline. "Please, Summon your actual strongest Soldier."
Jinwoo frowned. "You could get hurt."
Cha's eyes burned with determination. "I don't care."
Jinwoo sighed. "Fine. Beru."
A terrifying pressure filled the air.
A massive, insect-like warrior appeared, exuding overwhelming power.
Po smirked, tilting his head at Cha. "You sure you wanna fight him?"
Cha swallowed.
Beru's mandibles clicked.
