My wife's secret 1

The next day I decided to investigate more. I went to the remaining orphanages but they didn't know her. So I went home early. When I got home I wanted to know my wife's secret. It was hard living with someone who has something she is not telling you.

I checked all the rooms in the house but i didn't find any suspicious thing. Then I remembered that i didn't check the visitor's room. I went to the visitor's room yet i didn't find anything. I was leaving the room when I saw a piece of paper under the bed.

I picked the paper up and checked it but I did not understand what was written. I decided to keep the paper. Then i left the room. When i got to my room I decided to check under the bed since i saw the paper I was holding under the visitor's bed.

I lift the bed up when I saw another piece of paper. I was shocked so i went downstairs to check the remaining rooms and i saw a piece of paper under their beds. I decided to read what was written on the paper when my phone rang.

I found out that it was my wife calling.I picked up the call and answered

"Hello"

"Where are you"

"I am at home"

"Oh I thought you were at work"

"Do you need something"

"Yes I thought you could help me get groceries but don't worry I will get it myself"

Then she hung up the phone. That was weird. It was like she had a camera watching me because she knew that I didn't go to work today. 'Maybe she found out that I was investigating her' I thought. I found it strange but I don't care.

I went back to what I was doing before when I found out that the things written on the paper was not seen again. The paper was blank. I could not understand. 'Was that why she called me so that I would not see the things written on the paper' I thought.

I decided to check online if anyone has been in this situation and if they have a solution. I saw some solutions like put the paper in water or put a lit candle under the paper. But I did not want to do it because I did not want to risk a chance of knowing my wife's secret.
