Lost

Disappointing? While Emma was fighting for her life, Eye was just watching, not even providing help in the slightest. Emma faced the direction where Eye had been and got slammed by the Lost.

"Focus makes perfect Emma," Eye shouted in response while standing a few dozen feet away.

Emma had wanted to respond but she had been busy with the Lost trying to kill her. But what if he wasn't wrong though, what if Emma could do something with her ability to shape shift?

Emma had been able to understand where the Lost had been able to hit her, but not what to do about it. All she could do is probably get in a few scratches in, before she has to run, so that it doesn't crush her.

Just as Emma was doing that the Lost had fallen to the floor to do the babies from the back process once more. Emma had a feeling that she needed to kill it, before it can eat miniature versions of itself.

Emma had turned back into her original form, and took inspiration from Alita to change her arm into a blade that was slightly taller than what her arm originally was. Emma then ran towards the Lost to slice its neck while it was down.

Emma had swung her arm towards the air and changed her hand to a blade greater than what it already was, Making it the size of herself. Emma then swung it down while the small version of the lost started to move through it back again.

The blade had, to Emma's surprise, cleanly cut off the Lost neck. But the miniature version of the lost emerged from its back, and looked around in confusion. They had looked at Emma and began drooling at her.

Emma had rushed towards the seven tiny fiends that were in an organized line on top of the dead Lost. She sliced the heads of the first two that were in front of the line, then made an approach towards the rest of the five, before she had done so Eye had come from behind her and sliced another two in half vertically and horizontally.

"the way you killed that Lost was so, so, so soulful! You made your partner proud Emma," Eye announced to Emma.

"Honestly I'm a bit surprised at how easy it was to slice its neck after how much I struggled with that Lost in the beginning, I guess I really am strong," Emma complimented herself.

"Wow, hold your horses, you were soulful, not life changing-ly violent." Eye responded.

Emma was about to respond when another Lost had appeared from the gate making her back away.

The new Lost had looked like a rhino with a giraffe's neck while being completely green. The Lost had charged at Emma, but Eye had immediately decapitated it.

Falling on the floor then catching himself with his sword in hand, he looked at Emma and told her.

"Alrighty, I'll be helping you get rid of them now. It's going to be long day so lets try to have fun while doing so," Eye declared while blood from the rhino giraffe had gushed out like a lake from behind him.

Her suffering began acting up and asked him, "Why do we even kill these things? you said it yourself there former spirits, who had lived just like us,"

"Because they are FORMER spirits, their entire being has been taken over by a Suffering, that means they are no longer themselfs, they are Suffering, know what they do to spirits? Make us suffer," Eye explained while being set off track by anger.

"I get it now, sorry for asking," Emma responded.

"Oh! My fault, just talking about Lost really gets me riled up," Eye replied, while scratching the back of his head.

Two lost had appeared behind Eye, one being a giant blue bask with tiny legs, and another being a contortion of hands in the form of a ball.

Before Eye had even turned around, Emma jumped towards the bask and with her arm blade and sliced off the head of the lost. Before she had landed, the ball of hands had grabbed her from midair, trapping Emma in its clutch.
