Those who managed to survive this haunting experience found themselves watched by strange creatures, and in turn, were granted their powers.

As if the world weren’t already thrown into chaos, these same bizarre monsters began to manifest on Earth, threatening humanity with the very real prospect of extinction.

Amidst this upheaval, a small, seemingly insignificant beast was born. But it quickly rose to power, only to be betrayed and killed in a cruel twist of fate. Or so it seemed—because somehow, the beast found itself reborn in the body of a human.

The majority of people watching this scenario are people who either want to prepare for when it's their time, or want some entertainment, and what's better entertainment than watching your fellow species die? It's something I never understood about humans, how they want the worst for others.

But among these two types, there's one more. These people don't even seem to care about those inside the scenario, they are the lowest of the lowest. They do not have the courage to enter The Core and participate in one themselves, and they sit in their rooms all watching people die, laughing like it is something amusing. I would get it if a beast laughed, but it was humans laughing at other humans.
