Karl and Matt we're headed to the nearest pet store, hoping to find a mutatated beast there.
As they walked both Karl and Matt we're silent, where the latter was warry of his surrounding Karl was practing [nature whisperer] making current of winds.
Karl was using the wind current to feel the current's disruption distinguishing anything that moves and that doesn't.
After walking for fifthteen minutes the duo encountered a horde of zombie numbering hundred.
They decided to face the horde. Matt immediately rushed the horde confident that his cloak would protect, while Karl took his staff and cast [earth spike] ten times as he called his status.

Ten spikes appeared piercing and impailing several zombie, as several more appeared.
Only when the horde was half dead did the spike stop appearing, letting Matt finish the remaining half of the horde.
Five minutes later. Matt killed all the remaining zombie was looking at the system as it notified of being eligible for a class.
Seeing Matt standing there silently, Karl know's that Matt was looking at the system. He walked towards Matt only to see him jumping up in joy.
"Boss, I now have a class" Matt smiling ear fo ear.
"What's your class" Karl asked.
"It is assassin" Matt said proudly, seeing his attitude continued walking while Matt followed behind

They arrived at the subway not clearly the their set destination. But seeing the subway it look totally unsafe as it was filled with fog.
Thinking that there is something in there. So, taking a risk they decided to walked in.
After coming in. Karl use [earthbound totem] as far as he could see.
Cold, it was the difference between inside and outside of the subway. As he passed through the fog, coldness seeped into his skin. Of course, the cold air was not out of his limit, it was still bearable, about twelve to fifteen degrees.
Besides the coldness, the fog also obstructed his view. His vision only reached about ten meters ahead of him. He tried using [nature whisperer] to clear the fog but can't. Luckily he can used the wind to sense anything.
Matt himself was quite nervous and he instead did not feel the change in temperature. The limited vision made him uneasy as his eyes darted here and there, making sure there was no danger around him.
Tap!
Tap!
Tap!
The duo ventured deeper, Matt did not lower his guard as his grips on the dirk became tighter. He felt being watched, right from the back. But each time he looked back, there was nothing there.
'Fortunately, the temperature does not go lower…' Karl paid attention to every detail inside the park. With his vision limited only to ten meters, he paid to every small detail.
With a normal pace, Karl followed the walkway. Even with his vision obstructed by the fog, he only needed to follow the walkway to reach the reach where the source of the fog is. Just like this, the duo already spent half an hour within subway, but nothing happened to him.
There were also no zombies popping out of the fog, it was quite safe. But it did not last long as Karl felt someone tugged his clothes. He looked back, it was, of course, Matt who tugged his clothes.
"B-Boss, d-don't you feel there is something watching us? I feel there is something beyond the fog and that thing watches us…" Matt said nervously as his eyes kept looking at the fog as he spoke.
"Don't worry about it, just follow me closely and you will be safe," Karl tried to comfort Matt, but instead of comforting, Karl's words only made the him even more nervous.
His words were telling Matt that there was truly something within the fog. But Matt wisely followed Karl without words as he came even closer to the Boss.
Karl led the way with caution as he felt the change in the surroundings. Yes, after a short exchange with Matt, suddenly the fog thickened. Now, his vision was limited to five meters. Not only Karl, but Matt also noticed the change.
His heart was beating madly as uneasiness filled his heart. The feeling he was being watched getting stronger. Then a sound entered his ears and at the same time, The Boss also stopped and his body bumped against Karl strong back.
Fwoosh
"Get ready, they are coming!" Karl reminded the Matt with a strong caution which never happened before, and used [earth spike].
Screech
Hearing a loud screech Matt subconsciously gripped the dirk tighter as his bulging eyes looked straight at the fog. He had his back on Karl and Karl also trusted his back to Matt.
Karl was feeling the movement of the wind and immediately [earth spike] when he felt a disturbance.
The sounds were getting stronger and stronger. An indication the things were coming closer. Matt's back soaked in sweat, but his eyes showed a strong determination.
Fwoosh! Fwoosh! Fwoosh!
