MORNING TALK SHOW

As the event wrapped up everyone was now leaving, sang tae was about to enter his car but stoped halfway as he spotted Minjae Who stood Short distance away, talking to some people, two hotel guards and the room attendent that she had sent earlier.

"sorry ma'm but we didnt see anyone" one of the guard said

"what about Cctv?" she asked

They shook their head, that made her furrowed her brow, confusion clouded her mind like 'was i wrong? maybe it was all because of stress.'

but Minjae is not the type to make things up, even when under pressure, she had gone through lot worst and still Keep sane.

After they left, Minjae reached the inner pocket of her cloth and pulled out the silk ribbon which she his there, for some reason she felt like Who ever that had intruded her roomwas looking for this, her eyes darted around, 'maybe im being followed all this while' she taught, as she looked around, just then her eyes met with sang tae Who was staring from behind, immediately he snapped out of his blank gaze and then bowed to her but she didnt react to it as she just stared at him expressionlessly, just then butler jung walked to with a Big coat which he used to cover her shoulder and back, while jung shin and two other bodyguard walked to her and led her to the car.

Instead of entering the back seat as suppose to, she collected the car key and slide in to the driver seat and then drove off. Jung shin Who already knew of her next move had already entered his car as he followed behind her, while the other guards and butler jung enter one car and then drove off too following behind.

Sang tae Simply turned back and went into his own car as he drove off.

On the Road

As Sang Tae drove through the quiet streets, his mind replayed the night's events. Something felt off.

'Was it about the suspicious man Minjae mentioned? Or what Mrs. Seo said about my family?' He frowned. Does that mean my grandfather is involved with those who oppose the Choi reign? Could he have something to do with the person Minjae saw?

His grip on the steering wheel tightened. Is that why he didn't attend the event? Is he really sick, or is there something else going on?

He shook his head. No, that's impossible. My family has been loyal to the Chois for generations. There's no way Grandfather would betray them...

But the doubt lingered.

The nextday

By morning the internet was flooded with different takes and reviews on Minjae's Inaugural Ceremony, different comments and reaction to Minjae's speech

MBS MORNING TALK SHOW

"..... would like to announce that i will resume the construction, that would be my first task as the chairlady, i hope you all give me your trust so i can display the action of my very sincere words,"

Mr kang ji eun and the host of the talk show had just finished watching Minjae speech displayed on the Tv screen in front of them

"this has been flooding the internet Since last night," the female host said "what is your taught about it?" she asked

Mr ji eun smiled as he paused staring at the screen for a moment

"If anyone thinks this is a good thing for the CHNs org then they should rewatch the video again and again and again Until they realize its not, although i have to admit, Choi Minjae is more cunning than i expect, which is not a bad trait for a business woman, i mean"

He scoffed "Each statement that she made has a deeper meaning but not all would catch it" he said

"can you break it for us to our understanding?" the host asked as he nodded, then adjusted comfortably on his seat

"Firstly, lets start with what happened after she read out the first speech, she said, now let me speak from my heart, that alone showed that shes not the type to be controlled, the first speech was not hers and she didnt hesistate to tell the world that, it was like her way of saying 'yes they said i should recite this but i also have my own words you know,'

"And then she went on saying the fact about the reason most people showed up, lets be honest, i believe 90%of those that attended and even those that had watched live, had the same reason in mind,

She showed humility and humbleness, by admitting that she alone cannot carry the organization to the next level, even went on mentioning the staffs and so on" He smirked "we all know that doesn't go inline with the Choi Minjae that we know, it was clearly pretense to show the world that shes a changed person but I believe people do not change over night"

As he talked the host nodded attentively, he continued

"And i noticed there are two strategic moves that she pulled out there, one is the fact that she kept mentioning the Country, the president, she even went as far as saying that what ever happens to the organization would affect the whole country, i remember last i said something about a possible threat that the org is facing from the blue house, if you look at it in a way its as thou she was telling them to not try anything funny as the Country is moving forward due to the both organizations working hand in hand, that i would admit its a smart move, because whatever the blue house have in mind against the org, would have to pause for the main time,

Secondly she announced a project she wants to resume, i dont know if im just being paranoid or too sensitive, but i dont think she talked it out with the shareholders, Infact i think they must have been against it base on the reaction and facial expression that i notice in them when she made the announcment,by mentioning it publicly, she force their hands, so, now the whole country has an expectation and Who are the shareholders to stop it, that again is a smart move.

Ji Eun leaned back. "Now here's my point. This is Choi Minjae we're talking about. Like i said earlier, i do not believe people do change over night. She's making bold moves too soon. Rubbing shoulders with the elite members from day one is risky. They're the ones who are supposed to guide her—and they can remove her just if they join hands. Plus, her statement about removing the 'black sheep' and 'Judases' in the organization? That means she already suspects someone. If she's not careful, things could spiral out of control__"

Minjae turned of the tv MBS morning talk show that she was watching, she rolled her eyes as she dropped the remote, just then she heard a Short knock on the door, and kim Ann soo walked in

"Miss Minjae, the board members has called for an urgent meeting, they are all at the meeting room of the CHNs org" she reported.

IN THE BOARD MEETING ROOM

"We never discussed about resuming the project, why would you announce such false news?" Mrs Seo asked angrily

Minjae leaned back in her chair, unfazed "I never said we discussed about it, i only said i would resume what my sister left which by the way is for the good of the organization" Minjae replied,

Some of them glanced at each other in disbelief at Minjae's audacity.

"Then tell us, what then is the project about, if you said its for the good of the organization and the Country what then is it?" Mr Geum asked as silence took over the room, all eyes landed her. She Simply smiled

"Is'nt that what we all should be discussing about?" she asked

Mr park frowed "So you made an announcment to the public that you are not even certain of?" He asked

Minjae tilted her head "I am more suprised that my sister had even started the project without a proper planning, you all were suppose to have this discussion long time ago, my only job should just be about resuming the project"

She replied back, shocking them each time she opened her mouth, "So" she continued, her gaze swept across the room "Does anyone have any idea on what the project should be about" she asked as silence took over,

Minjae tapped her fingers on the table. "By the way, I'm not sure this discussion should be happening here. This is the organization's boardroom, not the company's. Should I call in Mr. Chang? I'm sure he'd have plenty to contribute."

The tension thickened.

Minjae smirked.
