THE CLASS ROOM

Mr Geum smiled

"I didn't realize I had to bring it along for the company's meeting as well. I thought it was only required for the organization," he said casually.

Minjae frowned slightly but quickly composed herself, exhaling before responding.

"As long as CHNs is concerned, company or organization, you are supposed to carry your identification at all times," she stated firmly. The air grew tense with silence. "You should set a good example, don't you think?" she added, her gaze steady.

Mr. Geum only smiled again, as if her words didn't faze him in the slightest.

"I'll be sure to do so, Chairlady," he replied smoothly.

Minjae studied him briefly, then turned on her heel and walked away, followed closely by Kim Ann Soo and Sang Tae. Before leaving, Sang Tae glanced at his grandfather one last time but said nothing.

As they walked, sang tae was oddly quiet, and Minjae noticed that but didn't brother about it anyway as she kept walking.

"Whats my schedules today?" She inquired without looking back

Kim Ann Soo quickly stepped forward, flipping through the pages of the file in her hands.

"You have two meetings today. One at 2:00 PM with Mr. Kim Hyou Soo and his partner, Cha Ji Hyung. Then, at 5:30 PM, you'll meet with Mr. Eugene along with the ambassadors from Belgon coast, Miland, and Singapore," Kim Ann Soo explained.

Minjae Simply nodded

"Now that our latest product has been sold, what's next?" she asked.

"The planning team will begin preparations for the next product," Kim Ann Soo replied.

Minjae finally turned to look at her. "Take me to their section," she ordered.

Kim Ann Soo gave a slight bow and moved forward to lead the way.

Cheonsan High School

Cheonsan High was a prestigious private school, home to the wealthiest students in the country. The school was as wide and spacious as an entire estate, boasting breathtaking scenery, top-tier educators, and an architectural design worth nearly a billion won. The tuition alone was as expensive as an entire average school.

This was where Mina studied.

Two months after the tragic incident involving her family, she had finally returned.

She walked through the locker hall, her expensive school bag resting on her back, everyone just stared at her non stop, their heads following her every move, the hall was oddly quiet, yet she was unfazed, she just went her way anyway, keeping a straight face.

As she got to the front of her class door about to grab the door knob, she stoped halfway, her brow frowed as she turned back to see everyone kept staring at her,

They were not sneak glancing, it was and obvious look, for some reason, it seem as thou they want her to open the door, she couldn't help but wonder whats behind the door.

A strange feeling settled in her chest. What was behind that door?

After a brief moment of contemplation, she made up her mind. She grabbed the doorknob firmly. Just as she was about to push it open, the door was yanked from the other side with such force that she stumbled forward, falling into the classroom.

The students chuckled

Standing in front of her were two girls, they had a smug look on their faces

Behind her the students Who had been watching from the hall way casually entered the class, going to their seat as if nothing had happened__As if they had'nt just witnessed the humiliation.

Mina lifted her gaze

She was'nt shocked, but she was'nt pleased either

The two girls before her was non other than her tormentor, she had grown used to their bullying, but with everything that she gone through in the past months, she had almost forgotten about them. Almost

A small part of her had foolishly hoped that, after everything, they would at least give her a break, perhaps even show some sympathy for her loss.

But she had been wrong

As the student setteled in, three male students casually took their place near the female bullies, Mina recognized them instantly__they were part of the group, always working along side the girls to make her life more miserable.

"Welcome back Mina" One of them said

It was Sunny, the brown hired girl, standing beside the leader__Olivia

Sunny walked to Mina on the ground, and streched her hand towards her, she had a smile on her face, but mina knew damn well what the smile was as she glared, ignoring the helping hand she stood up on her own

The bully group chuckled, the guys smirked as they leaned against the front desk, enjoying the scene in front of them, the class was'nt actively involved, but they watched with mild amusment, making no attempt to get involved.

"Where have you been Mina?" Olivia asked with mock concern "I mean i know bad stuff happened to your family, but then, is that the reason you would leave us for this long? Hmm?" She tilted her head feighing sadness

"Look at my wrist" She gestured, rubbing her frigile looking wrist dramatically, "its aching, cuz all this while i have been the one doing the chores you are suppose to do, so now you are here what do i get in return as a thank you" she said

Mina just glared at her for a moment long, but she didnt say a word, she turned away ignoring the bullies as she made to leave but then one of the male bully jumped out in front of her obstructing her way, but she kept walking any way not scared of what would happen if she proceed towards the guy

"Why are you acting so pissed Mina?, you are not the one in coma anyway" Sunny sneered, making Mina to stop on her track

"waw" Sunny said turning to Olivia as she clapped "Did you see that? She just glared can you believe that?"

Olivia let out a mocking chuckle, she walked up to Mina, grabing her by the arm and spinning her to face her, Mina glare deepned

"Did see that?" Sunny asked chuckling "She really is glaring" she added

"I almost got scared" Olivia said sarcasticaly, she continued

"but then i rememberd, its just Mina, Lee Mina, or is it Choi?" she tilted her head mockingly, slowly her smile faded and was replaced with glare at she gazed at mina dead in the eyes

Her tone dropped "Whats with the new courage Mina?, I used to hold back because your mother was in charge of the Organization, but now, you are left with Aunty Minjae"

Her smirk return

"The one Who hates your whole family, including your mother, including you" she emphasised as she placed her hand on Minas cheek "You are all alone now, Lee Mina, i advice you be scared"

Mina pushed Olivia's hand away

"And if i choose not to be?" Mina challanged

The whole class letout a synchronized "Oh~"

Olivia smirked , but there was a flickering of something else in her eyes__Uncertainty

"Can you handle what comes after that?" She asked

Mina took a step closer in a way that almost made Olivia intimidated, for the first time she hesistated, the height difference was clear as Mina towered over Olivia

"I very much can," Mina said coldly, "Like you once said, the Choi's are wild," She took another step, "Don't mistake me for a nicer person this time, i'm a Choi you know" she said with a deep glare, then she turned to Sunny 

"I would pretend i didn't hear what you said earlier, but im warning you, dont push me to the wall" she warned

Sunny stiffened, momentarily caught off guard, This was'nt the mina they used to know

Although when they used to bully her she tries to be tough but some how they mellow her down, till she got scared of them, now she is completely different, as thou her current situation made her tough and fearless

Mina turned towards the guy blocking her way, as she walked towards him seriously, the guy contenplated standing there as he glanced at the leader of his bully group, Who gestured him to still stand there,

The leader gave the order, not to purnished Mina, but to see what she would do. It was just getting interesting to him

Just then, sunny irritated by Mina's defiance, stormed towards her

"How dare you walk out on me!" she yelled angrily, raising her hand to slap Mina

But mina was faster,

She caught sunny's hand mid air, then, in one swift motion, she slapped her across the face, sending her tumbling on the ground

The student gasped

The fight happened right in front of the guy obstructing the way, Mina had just hit girlfriend,

Out of anger, he grab mina by the hand, about to hit her but before he could touch her, she grabed a wodden chair by the side and stuck him hard making the Wood shatter,

He collapsed, unconcious. Sunny's eyes widened, staring at her boyfriend on the ground, she yelled

A stunned silence filled the room,

Olivia Who had been about to attack Mina from behind, froze in her track, staring at the boy in disbelief

No one dared to move.
