As Kaito walked, he noticed how old the mansion was. It looked like it could fall apart any moment. Suddenly, a silly idea came to him. "Restructure!" he shouted for fun. To his surprise, the mansion actually started to fall apart.

Oops, Kaito thought, realizing the chaos he caused. Over the noise, a woman's voice shouted, "Lord!! I'm in the shower! Why is our mansion falling to pieces?"

Kaito was amazed for a moment. "Wow, I didn't know I had this power," he said with a nervous laugh. "Sorry, Sofea! I need to get used to this 'restructure' ability. But maybe I can make something cool." He thought for a bit.

"Hmm... Limestone, clay, sand, iron ore, and water - if I mix these together with my power, I might make cement!" Excited, Kaito got started.

First, he imagined the process. "Okay, I need to crush the limestone and clay into a fine powder." With a quick gesture, the materials obeyed, as if by magic.

"Now for the mixing," he whispered, waving his hands like a conductor. The ingredients mixed perfectly.

"Next, heating," Kaito said, happy with his progress. "Skill: Fire!" He pointed, and flames wrapped around the mix, heating it to 150°C. "Wow, didn't expect that!" he laughed, surprised by his own powers.

"Time to cool and finish it." The mix cooled quickly, forming clinker, ready to be ground into cement.

Kaito smiled, holding the cement proudly. "Look, Sofea, I made cement! Not bad for the first try with my new skills, right?" His eyes sparkled with excitement, thinking about what else his power could do.

To begin making concrete, first mix cement, sand, and gravel thoroughly. Gradually add water, stirring carefully until the mixture is uniform. Once well-mixed, wheel the concrete to the desired location and allow it to settle.

Now, to renovate this old mansion, we'll use a combination of cement, concrete, wood, steel, brick, glass, and walls.

First, we must excavate to create space for the foundation. Dig out the necessary area, construct the formwork, and pour the concrete for the foundation. Allow time for it to set and cure properly.

Next, install the framework of the building. For the exterior work, build the roof, install windows, and attach the exterior finishes to complete the look.

Once Kaito finishes the inside work, the mansion transformation is done.

Sofea walks up to Kaito and says, "Wow, the mansion looks great! Do you like it? It's even better than the kingdom's mansion."

Kaito, feeling proud, replies, "I've done my best. I'll make this place the best ever."

Then, Allisa pulls on Kaito's ear. "The kitchen stuff is a mess!" she says. "Let us know before you start a project next time, my lord."

"You know what to do, right? Go and buy what we need," Allisa tells him, giving him a list. She smiles, but it's a bit scary, and asks, "You can do it, right, my lord?"

Errhh-- sorry , Kaito said goodbye to the lady and dashed towards the market. As he arrived, he muttered to himself while checking his list: "Hmm, nothing new, just basic ingredients. This world isn't advanced enough to even have cheese or mayonnaise. I'm craving them so much!"

With a sigh, he resolved to simply buy everything on the list and head back to the mansion. As he moved through the market, he suddenly noticed a person carrying a bucket that smelled really bad . Curious, Kaito approached and asked, "What are you carrying there?"

The citizen replied, "It's poop, your honor."

Kaito made a disgusted face."Damn it," he thought, "I forgot this world doesn't have a sewage system yet. I need to construct one and use my skills to restructure the entire estate. But can I really manage this on such a big scale?"

Sofea gathered all the citizens and instructed them to place all food and breakable items outside their homes.

One curious citizen asked, "What are you planning to do, my lord?"

Kaito replied with a mysterious smile, "It's a secret. Just do as I say."

Soon after, everyone gathered at the square, and Kaito stepped forward, carrying a toilet bowl.

"Good afternoon, everyone," Kaito began. "Today, I want to introduce you to something new: the toilet bowl and the sewage system."

"As you know, you currently have to hire someone to carry waste to the sea and pay them daily. But soon, you won't need to do that anymore."

Kaito lifted the toilet bowl for everyone to see. "

"This is the toilet bowl," he explained, laugh at the challenge of explaining such a straightforward concept. "I'll install it in your bathrooms today using my restructuring skills."

"It's simple to use. Just sit on it, do your business, and let it flush away. The waste will travel through a trapway that reduces smell in your bathroom. From there, it goes into a home plumbing system and i will installing to your house freely . Finally, it reaches the main sewage treatment line."

Kaito paused, smiling at the gathered crowd. "With this new system, life will be cleaner and more convenient for everyone."

"And the payment for this treatment is cheap, with free installation," Kaito added with a confident grin. "If you all approve this project, I will do it immediately."

The citizens listened intently, eager for this promising upgrade to their daily lives.

Kaito then began using his Restructure and Vision skills. Much to the astonishment of the onlookers, the houses broke apart into pieces and floated into the air.

"Now, I will construct a new plumbing system in each of your homes and connect them to the sewage treatment plant," he announced.

With impressive efficiency, he completed the task. But suddenly, Kaito collapsed onto the ground and fell asleep, unaware of the attention his powers would draw. Those with ill intentions and powerful influences would soon take notice. After all, the ability to restructure anything was indeed an overwhelming power.
